A good service at a good price
A good service at a good price, with friendly staff. That good price came with a bit of lacking to detail, hand prints on the bonnet, I presume, from closing it. It's nice to see, for some items they are using photo's to show readings. But like on the battery test, having the connecting cable obscuring the readings is not a good idea. Overall, this is the first time I have been here and will certainly consider using them again.

The staff are very approachable and kind. They even gave me a cuppa . So cuirtous.
And gave me a full explanation of what was wrong with my car in language that I could understand as im not technical about cars.

Took my polestar 2 in for a service and its a change dealing with honest and reliable people, the guys even took photos to show what they had done and the price was very reasonable, would definitely recommend going here.

Had my EGR valve replaced a couple of…
Had my EGR valve replaced a couple of months ago at the stapleford branch. I have waited for a while to drive it around as being stung before, I like to test it properly before I review. It’s great. The service was amazing. They kept me in the loop at all times. I didn’t know what the issue was at first but they fitted me in the next day and the car was fixed and back to me the that evening. It was great that I could drop it the day before too. The garage even sorted payment over internet and my friend collected my key and they left it where I asked for me to collect after they had closed. Just great service really. We are just about to book in hopefully to have my daughter’s car sorted.
