Rapidgator and Linksnappy is nearly impossible. If it works, it only works for some gb and than always a different message appears in Jdownloader that it doesn't work. After one day you can load again but only some gb again. Yeah unlimited my ass. Others work better but nearly every website uses rapidgator, nitroflare or others that are not supported by linksnappy. They just have some sites that nearly nobody uses.

Talking about unlimited traffic here is absolutely ridiculous. I was limited on the first two days after about 100GB download, then on the third day I could not download anything right from the start. Since then I would be limited to 75GB per day.

Even though Linksnappy answered to an earlier review (not mine) that this possible throttling is clearly forumlated in the ToS. This is not the case. In the fair use paragraph (paragraph 25) it says "[...] Though we offer unmetered global filehost traffic, after a certain sustained heavy usage from a user, we tend to prioritize premium traffic for other users. [...]". Prioritizing other users (= in phases when there is too much load on the servers, prioritizing traffic from light users) is in no way equivalent to setting a fixed limit for "heavy" users (regardless of the current traffic volume). Whether downloading about 100GB on one day is "sustained heavy usage" is up to each person. I would not define it that way.

Since this is an absolute no-go for me, I have applied for a refund on the 3rd day according to the Refund Policy ([Linksnappy domain]/refund-policy). This was simply ignored until today (day 6). I currently do not assume that at least this advertising promise will be kept, and therefore still use the 75GB per day, which remain to me per day.

In parallel, I can say that after this fiasco, I tried other services of the same kind and some of them offer real unlimited traffic (yesterday I used around 700GB and today 500GB without throttling) for much less money (4€ per month). So it's worth looking further than booking this service. (I deliberately do not mention names of other services here, so that my contribution can not be deleted under the excuse of surreptitious advertising).

I bought a suscription with a fresh 10€ paysafe card, for k2s.cc download.

K2s did not work, the Chat support told me to wait. One Day later my Elite Menmbership was canceld with the Argument that the paysafe card was fake ??????

Its a fraud, dont deal with this company, the paysafecard was good, otherwise i would have not been able to redeem the code and the ammount of the card would not be known as well ....

Ich wollte zwei Tage nachdem ich den Dienst für 180 Tage gekauft habe, mein Geld wieder zurück haben, da die Dienste nicht wie angegeben funktioniert haben. Ich warte seit drei Wochen auf eine Antwort meines Tickets, jedoch wurde mein Account zwischenzeitlich pausiert und ich kann weder den Dienst nutzen, noch wurde mir das Geld erstattet.

Scam company, Rapidgator is always down and says file is deleted on server. No vouchers given for downtime. once my subscription is down i will end it. paid for 3 years but now is trash.

I didn't even get to sign up. Asked for assistance doing the bitcoin and instead of assisting, they sent some stupid link about using bitcoin and what it is. As if I was going to go and read all this nonsense, still not know how to use it to sign up a week later. They were sarcastic and didn't seem to care that they lost a customer. Beyond arrogant. I'm glad though, because they have 2 different status listings and if you dont sign up for a free account for no reason. You won't know that EVERY premium one you are buying this for, is down and doesnt work. They charge you money for the use of free hosts and give you excuses for the premium hosts not working for whatever reason. Wouldn't matter anyways, because the limits are a complete joke even if they did work. Not worth the hassle. Far better services like Real Debrid, thats where I'll stay. I'm glad for their terrible customer NON support. They saved me money that i would have wasted.

They took my 20 € PaySafe card and gave me 5 € of elite membership for it. Then no reply to my support ticket after 4 weeks and multiple attempts to contact them. Scammers.

LinkSnappy is absolutley fantastic. Been using it several times, and it has always worked perfectly.
The customer service is great too and always respond fast. Plus one time I got charged, when I wanted to cancel and they refunded it for me, no problem.

Great site, imo. Can recommend. I should say I used their site in 2021. So if they have gotten worse this year, I don't know about it.

Seite wirbt mit unlimited Download, welcher nach dem ersten Tag auf 75GB (!) täglich gedrosselt wurde.
Kundensupport schreibt nicht zurück.

Hatte am 28.10.2022 per paysave Account verlängert, ab heute bin ich nur noch free user obwohl bis 02.01.2023 verlängert wurde,habe heute nochmal 25€ mit paysave verlängert ist jetzt seit ca 2h in Bearbeitung sowas hatte es vorher nie gegeben Ticket ist raus an Support noch keine Rückmeldung bekommen

Kann die Negativen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen.
ddownload läuft ohne Probleme.
Rapidgator läuft auch mit kleinen Aussetzern.
Bezahlung funktioniert auch ohne Probleme.
Bin also vollkommen zu frieden mit dem Multihoster.

No customer service at all, and you will never get a refund. Stay away!

Just VERY BAD. Linksnappy lists many hosts, but then nothing works with fake errors like "file not on host" what is a complete bs. Constant problems with Rapidgator, Hitfile, Alfafile, Turbobit.
I am really sick of it and I paid for membership a lot of money.

Bezahlung mit Kreditkarte nicht mehr möglich. Paysafecard katastrophal. Zugang nach Bezahlung erst nach mehreren Tagen möglich ohne Info und es wird immer das volle Guthaben eingelöst, Teilbeträge wie bei anderen Anbietern nicht möglich. Service pampig und unfreundlich. Nicht zu empfehlen. Verbindungen zudem oft instabil und langsam.

Today you can't even pay for the service with a card like before.

1- The external sites that want you to put your card are all very suspicious. (Use at your own risk)

2- The other payment they claim is for Crypto (which is extremely complicated to buy)

They won't last long with this doggy policy.

Nach 75Gb wird man gesperrt. Obwohl ich nur von Filer, der ja unlimited sein soll, geladen habe. Achja ich habe auch jeweils immer nur eine Datei mit 8Mb/s geladen mit 15 min. Zwangspausen.

Followed a link for a free trial, which would not activate, chatted to support they asked me to pay in advance and if not satisfied request refund..... this is not how a free trial works

Der MultiHoster ist top, günstiger Preis für unendlich Traffic. Hatte nie Probleme bezüglich Zahlungen. Klare Empfehlung.

Der Download wird gestartet und dann abgebrochen, aber das Volumen wird vom Daily Quota abgezogen so das es nicht mehr zur Verfügung steht. Ist jetzt seit zwei Monaten so... Abrechnen ohne die Leistung zu erbringen ist ja eigentlich Betrug.
