I bought a Paceman bowling machine for our U15s team and the battery stopped working after circa 19 months of normal use and correct storage etc…. On first contact the person who answered the phone stated that they had sold many of these units with no issue and said that my statutory rights had no impact on the situation as the battery was out of warranty. They then quoted the 6 months rule where burden of proof is on the buyer to prove a fault from manufacture. It was a very disappointing episode because we spent in excess of £500 on an item which lasted less than a year. I was offered to purchase a replacement battery at a discount which would be £70 and later reduced to £50. I did not feel that was enough after spending all the money on the machine. I found this company to be unprofessional and uncaring of its customers. Next time unfortunately I will use Amazon for more protection and better customer service, which is a shame for smaller businesses.

Can't ask for any more than that. Katie understood what I was looking for, gave clear advice with pros and cons, and was very adaptable when I came to purchase.

With less high street dedicated sports shops buying a new bat to suit a growing child is difficult. This company offers a choice bats to suit the younger player and their advise, customer support and flexibility made shopping with them a pleasure in today’s digital world. I would highly recommend them on price, quality and service.

Ordered on basis of great reviews but order came with an item missing and after calling twice and no one answering along with an email to ask for an update, response has been slow.

Super helpful on the phone, no hard sell. Prices are very fair, delivery was great and quick. We bought a cricket net and bowling machine, both exceed our expectations and 2 years on we’ve had no problems whatsoever. I have just used Little Big Sports for the first time and cannot recommend them enough. Purchasing an expensive bowling machine I had a number of questions I needed answered before committing. I called the number on the website and spoke to Katie, who couldn’t have been more helpful and I believe is the business owner. My order was dealt with quickly and efficiently and arrived two days later, when Katie said it would. It’s such a refreshing change to get personal service, to be able to speak to someone who knows what they are talking about, who then does exactly what they say they are going to do, backed up by a website which was quick and easy to use. I don’t post many reviews, but I really felt I had to given my experience with this company.
Katie has been amazingly helpful. She clearly knows her stuff, and was able to give really helpful advice on product choice. In terms of customer service and after-sales support, I think this is probably some of the best I’ve ever experienced. Don’t buy from anywhere else!
