Hi,
Thank you so much for your amazing review! We're delighted you were happy with our service and pricing—and glad you liked the luggage tag too! We really appreciate your recommendation.

Top marks for service and communications.
One only finds out how good (or bad) a company is when things go wrong. Delivery failure, not the fault of London Luggage, caused problems which the staff tackled very professionally, keeping me up-to-date and when the item could not be retrieved several alternatives or full refund were offered without delay. Top marks for service and communications.
