London Luggage Opiniões

Great service, helpful staff

Order was easy to make at a great price, and was delivered on time.
Product looks fine but cannot comment further as it has been put away as a Xmas present for my partner.

London Luggage was great.
Sent out my bag when they promised. What more could I ask.
DPD the delivery company however, was shocking. Took a week for a next day delivery. And when it arrived, the box was so battered that anything other than a Samsonite bag would have been destroyed.

Excellent experience. A very competitive price, quick delivery and a great website, which allowed for a very speedy purchase! Thank you! *****

Delivery on schedule
Very pleased with case. The only negative was the outside packaging was torn and damaged, which concerned me but thankfully case was not damaged .

Really fast delivery and some competitive prices. One suitcase was missing from the order but after pointing this out by email, the mistake was quickly rectified and the missing case was delivered the next day with some extra free gifts sent as apology. I would use then again.

Excellent service. I ordered a case and when it was delivered there was a fault with the handle, I spoke to Abby and she sorted it straight away. She sent a returns label, reserved a replacement and sent it out as soon as they received the faulty one. I got it the next day!
Wouldn’t hesitate to shop here again.

Amazing service, they were extremely kind and helped me out when my old luggage broke. Highly recommend them.

Easy transaction and awesome product.

The product was exactly as described and delivered promptly.

Great service

We visited this store today and I'm happy we did. Looking for a large Samsonite suitcase and the selection here was great, with quite a few in the sale.
Ayub, the assistant, was so helpful; very patient and offered us good advice. We found what we were looking for and got a good price. What's not to like? Glad we came here today.

What an amazing shop.
We’ve bought multiple cases from this store online and the service has been impeccable. It’s difficult to find an independent stockist of Briggs&Riley cases and this store carries a comprehensive range. We decided to pop in to the London store on a recent trip to the city.
Meeting Patrick and the team was a pleasure. Attention to detail, expert product knowledge and a range of luggage to suit all tastes and budgets.
A real gem of an independent business.
Can’t recommend enough. We’ll be back 🙂

Arrived on time and well packaged. Item as described and expected. Seems to be good quality but time will tell if it survives multiple flights, three down and fourteen to go...

Fast delivery, recommended

Just bought a suitcase today (Sunday) at London Luggage near Kings Cross. The selection of suitcases was excellent and Patrick, the assistant, was great in helping compare suitcases, internal capacity, weight, ease of use. Would definitely go there again. Joanna M
