Love the product and the packaging
Love the product and the packaging. Didn’t love the 5 month lead time. Also the light bulb required is different from what is shown on the paperwork. The paperwork shows an A19 bulb with an E26 base. The fixture uses a G shaped bulb with a Candelabra size base.

gute Bedienung, Lieferprobleme
Die Beratung im Laden war sehr gut. Danach habe ich eine sehr schöne Lampe bestellt. Leider habe ich aber die Adresse einer Kollegin eingetippt, bzw der Computer hat das ausgefüllt und ich habe nicht richtig nachgeschaut.
Ich versuchte die Adresse zu ändern, was aber aus welchen Gründen auch immer unmöglich war. Danach rief ich an. Ein paar Tage später erhielt ich den Bescheid, dass die Lampe bereits verschickt worden sei. Allerdings ist sie auch bei meiner Kollegin nie angekommen. Nun bin ich etwas ratlos. Die Bestellnummer lautet 1060543.

Stellar customer service!
I purchased a Rumee table lamp back in April 2026, which arrived quickly and beautifully packed. Then some weeks later the lamp got knocked off its table and the shade was badly scratched. I ordered a replacement shade but the repair turned out to be rather more complicated than expected. To make a long story short, the customer service agent named Angelica provided stellar service above and beyond what one normally receives -- and what one has come to expect these days. She was exceptionally prompt in responding to emails, offered helpful suggestions and follow-up. Ultimately at her suggestion we sent the lamp and replacement shade directly to her, and within just a few days with the help from a Poulsen tech team member, the repair was completed. Poulsen lamps are very special items, and they are not inexpensive of course...but whenever we need another lamp, we will not hesitate to purchase one, with the comfort of knowing how well we will be treated by the company. Bravissimo Poulsen Customer Service!

Opened PH 5 supplied with the wrong-coloured ceiling canopy
I purchased a Louis Poulsen PH 5 pendant in Classic White from Lampmasters.co.uk.
I had already arranged and booked an electrician for the installation because I trusted Louis Poulsen’s reputation and expected a premium product to arrive brand new, complete and ready to install.
Instead, the first lamp arrived in a completely unacceptable condition.
The outer shade was visibly uneven and did not appear properly round or symmetrical. The ceiling canopy supplied with the Classic White lamp was dark blue rather than white, and the plastic bag containing the canopy had already been torn open.
There was also no instruction manual inside the box. The packaging contained a pair of white gloves, a white cloth or towel, and several small pieces of paper.
Lampmasters later arranged a replacement, and the difference was obvious. The replacement arrived with a white ceiling canopy matching the lamp, an intact and unopened canopy bag, the correct instruction manual, no gloves, no cloth, no loose paper, and a lamp in normal condition.
The replacement clearly showed what a genuinely new and correctly packaged product should look like. It also confirmed that the first lamp had not been supplied in normal brand-new condition.
What made this especially frustrating was that I had already arranged an electrician and planned the installation around the delivery. I relied on the reputation and quality standards associated with Louis Poulsen, but the first product I received was not remotely acceptable for a premium designer lamp.
For a product at this price, customers should not receive an item that appears previously opened, contains the wrong-coloured component, has damaged packaging, is missing the instruction manual and includes unexplained items inside the box.
Although the replacement was satisfactory, I should never have received the first lamp in that condition. This experience seriously damaged my confidence in both Louis Poulsen’s quality control and the retailer’s final inspection process.
Based on this experience, I cannot give more than one star.

We completely understand your frustration, especially after arranging for an electrician and expecting a premium product that was ready for installation. We're pleased that the replacement arrived in the expected condition and met the standards you rightly anticipated, but we fully recognize that this does not undo the inconvenience and disappointment caused by the first delivery.

Product heel mooi en degelijk
Product heel mooi en degelijk, communicatie door Louis Poulsen professioneel maar zeer slechte ervaring met transportfirma GLS, leveren zonder verwittigingsbericht en zonder ik de toelating heb gegeven bij "een buur" maar kunnen niet zeggen welke buur en hebben ook nooit een ontvangstbewijs kunnen geven, uiteindelijk heeft na 2 dagen de bewuste buur zelf contact opgenomen.
