I am definitely satisfied with the lamp! The only thing I found unfortunate about the purchase is that no light bulb was included. I did expect it to be included.

Leuchte vor Weihnachten bestellt
Leuchte vor Weihnachten bestellt. Die Pendelleuchte sollte nach 2 Monaten da sein – geliefert wurde sie erst nach knapp 4 Monaten Mitte April.
Schon vor dem Auspacken sieht man, dass 2 von 3 Lampenschirmen schwarze Kratzer haben. Der Schaden ist sogar noch durch die Plastikfolie sichtbar – sowas dürfte gar nicht erst verschickt werden.
Reklamation gemeldet, aber nach über einer Woche passiert einfach nichts. Keine klare Rückmeldung, keine Lösung.
Jetzt mussten sogar die Handwerker wieder abbestellt werden, und das Geschenk verzögert sich trotz vorheriger Ankündigung schon wieder.
Das Ganze war als Geschenk gedacht und in dieser Preisklasse ist das einfach ein komplettes No-Go. Von Anfang bis Ende nur Probleme: extreme Lieferverzögerung, beschädigte Ware und schlechter Service. Statt Verständnis gibt es nur Gerede über „Qualität“.
Sehr enttäuschend.

Tolle Lampe. Da kann ich auch darüber hinwegsehen, dass der Erhalt 1 1/2 Monate gedauert hat. Das ganze dicke Pro ist (abgesehen von der echt wahnsinnig schönen Lampe) ist die Kommunikation von Louis Poulsen. Man wird über den Lieferstatus regelmäßig informiert. Top!!!!

God oplevelse trods meget lang leveringstid. 
Forfærdelig lang leveringstid på min ph 3/2 FENDI Casa | Louis Poulsen. Men lampen er super flot og har været hele vente tiden værd. Nok en af de flotteste i min ph samling.

Vom Bestellvorgang über die Komunikation bin zur Lieferung war alles klasse!
Auch das es Ersatzteile auf der Poulsen seite gibt, finde ich lobenswert.

Warming Up the Space
We bought our PH5 orange hue light based on family and friends experiences. Love the look and never expected how warm and inviting the light itself added to our open living/dining space. In fact we turn it on first thing in the AM (which never did with prior chandelier.) We were worried it would look to small but not at all. Will definitely buy another Poulsen light in the future.

Veel vertraging en veel mail ontvangen
De Louis Poulsen lampen zijn fantastisch mooi. Een oude wens is in vervulling gegaan.
De communicatie aangaande de levering, is als een stortvloed. Zowat iedere week een mail met de leveringsdatum, ruim drie maanden lang. De levering werd een paar keer verschoven. Er moet nog iets verbeterd worden aan het verwachtingsmanagement.
Het uitpakken en neerzetten van de drie lampen maakte alles goed.

Enttäuschende Kommunikation über erhebliche Lieferverzögerungen
Die angegebene Lieferzeit von etwa zwei Wochen wurde deutlich überschritten – tatsächlich habe ich rund zweieinhalb Monate gewartet. Der Kundenservice war in dieser Zeit schwer erreichbar und konnte mir nur sehr vage Auskünfte zum Status geben.
Gerade für einen hochpreisigen Onlineshop hätte ich erwartet, dass über Verzögerungen proaktiv informiert wird. Das ist leider nicht passiert – stattdessen musste ich selbst mehrfach nachhaken.
Erst nachdem ich angedeutet habe, vom Kauf zurückzutreten, wurde die Ware kurz darauf geliefert. Ob das Zufall war, kann ich nicht beurteilen, der Zeitpunkt wirkt jedoch auffällig.
Positiv ist, dass die Lieferung am Ende erfolgt ist. Insgesamt war die Erfahrung für mich dennoch enttäuschend – vor allem wegen der langen Verzögerung und der mangelnden Kommunikation.
