The people at Love Your Postcode went the extra mile from the moment we had first contact with them until the day of moving into the property.

Impressively quick but efficient turnaround from initial viewing to putting down a holing fee and worked with us to make sure we could move in on specific date required.

Not sure, where to even start with this review, to give you a full picture of my experience.
I went to a viewing that was odd from the first exchange I had withe the Realtor.
Unprofessional misogynistic jokes.
He was an hour late and did not give a heads up.
I have been waiting the whole time in the typical British weather.
I couldn't recognise the Agent, as his dress code was roadman-casual.
Not to mention the bad hygiene.

Now wondering, how desperate was I to even follow this person around.
He showed me multiple flats, from which non matched the advertised one.
Closing off with the flat that was advertised for rent, which was false advertised ment as the flat was actually for sale.

While I was viewing the flat I have noticed, that I am being recorded, WITHOUT CONSENT! I have asked the person, why is he recording me. To which he responded in a very cocky way: "haha, we record everyone who we house"
‼️ DISCLAIMER: If you had a viewing with this agency, ask for them to delete all materials they have from you! You might have been recorded as well!
I have asked him to immediately delete the footage, to which he reacted in a very offended and attacked way.

He tried to bring back the "energy" with a pathetic joke to ask, who should he contact about the flat. Who is the person that makes decisions "Who has balls in the relationship."

An exemplary team of professionals came to our aid in searching for a family home in Oldbury. Its rear you find such dedicated individuals delivering a personal service matching the needs of young families. We got to see many properties before selecting Merton Close B68

The experience was very good. Bobby is very nice. I had a great time in the office and he helped me a lot.

We recently tenanted a property from Love Your Postcode. They were so professional from all sides. Jhana was great at the viewing, Jay was organized and had everything ready for our key collection and Taran was polite and gave us an extra welcome box for our family.

It was great working with Love your postcode, it was a quick and speedy process, and particularly Jay, Jharna and Taran were very flexible and available all the time to respond to the queries.

Love your post sold my property for me and I can’t fault them in anyway at all. The sales person (Catalina) was professional in every way,she worked so hard to get everything over the line for me. Nice and friendly good service taran

The staff are very friendly and open to working with people of all experiences. In my experience with LYP, it took longer than expected to secure the deal, getting to the point to make and secure everything took a little too long for me, however working with Bobby, Catalina and Jharna was a delight. Should I look to make a purchase again in Birmingham, I would certainly recommend them.

When I called I got through straight away. Answered any questions I had and made an appointment.
