I recently arranged storage with Loxon Carrara and had a fantastic experience, particularly thanks to John, the facility manager.
John was extremely helpful, took the time to explain everything clearly, including the storage options, pricing, available sizes and location. I really appreciated the transparency — there were no hidden costs or unexpected fees, which made the whole process straightforward and stress-free.
John also went above and beyond to help me get set up with the Loxon App, which is excellent and makes accessing and managing the storage so easy.
It’s refreshing to receive this level of customer service. John was friendly, professional and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process.
I would definitely recommend Loxon Carrara to anyone looking for secure, straightforward and affordable storage, and I’m very happy with my experience so far.

Kerry from Loxon Storage Caloundra is an absolute gem, Kerry made the process very easy with her kindness and assistance from choosing the right size storage shed through to explaining where it was situated and giving guidance on how to proceed setting myself up online.
The storage unit was extremely clean and easily accessed.

There was no information provided. Everything I learned about using the unit I had to find out by myself. It was ridiculous and a waste of time. No one was available on the day I booked the move in. I had no idea which building was which. Very unsatisfactory.

Fast and easy access
Being able to open the entry gate with one click on the app is super easy. Driving the RV to the spot took 1 minute. A friendly employee was walking around checking on things. Lots of cameras around. Feels very secure.
