Everything went smoothly: from first contact to moving items in. And all follow up contact. All information was provided and Patrick was most helpful in talking about the unit and showing me how everything worked.

Really good introductory price [1st mth) but like all in this game goes up significantly. Use a electronic locking system used via app on phone, which was is better ans more up to date than a plade like national storage robbing dogs who wants to sell u a paddocks snd insurance..

I found it extremely difficult to locate my unit. I actually loaded all my stuff and used the lift in what, after several laps of the premises, ended up being the wrong buildingThe map showing where my unit is on the ap wasn't obvious enough for me to see / notice without searching for some clue several times and also very difficult to see being such small type. I think some signage in the lift areas showing a map of the unit numbers and location would be fantastic. Also are there any toilets there? Any tap for getting a drink of water? Maybe just my age!! Apart from all that- nice clean and tidy facility.

Lesley was courteous, extremely helpful and helped a not very tech savvy 60+ person seamlessly complete the registering process and allocating our storage space.

I have already been charged for my storage unit. Logon failed to inform me first that I would need to have my drivers license in order to verify my ID just to gain access to the unit I was already charged for. My house was set on fire and I have been repeatedly robbed, I can not find anything in my car because everything I own is inside my car and i wouldn’t know if it’s lost or stolen. Meaningless to Loxon, for me a massive ordeal because it’s the same old bullshit that stops me from doing anything everytime I try to sort this bulkshit mess my life has turned into since my ex partner decided to destroy my life and take everything from me. Just makes me feel like giving up. You can’t ever sort problems out with a human being, face to face when you need to.

Great service, good systems in place, easy access to storage areas, trolleys and trailer available for use free of charge and a great price.

I needed to book a second shed urgently and your staff member was so helpful and everything was seemless! The new shed is great. It doesn't get hot, looks newly painted on the floor and the roller door is easy to unlock and open.

The connection App didn't work so we have no access code yet. There is NO phone to ring on weekends so now we have to go to the office first thing tomorrow.
And the App doesn’t autosize to all phones so it’s extremely difficult to read.
