Very good customer service and storage

Anthony was friendly, helpful and very professional. Had a very positive experience and couldn't find fault with a single thing.

Great facilities and service at a very reasonable price. Tracy was most helpful. Overall an excellent experience.

From the beginning the Manager of Redcliffe Loxon was amazingly helpful…the manager provided options and supported my needs…the facility is very suited to my needs…clean, appropriate and well managed…

Good service . Good facilities and good prices.

Vanessa at Flagstone has gone above and beyond assisting me with leasing an office at Flagstone.

I had a wonderful experience with this facility, in Carrara. From the moment I first walked into the office, to enquire about renting a storage unit, i immediately felt welcomed by the manager. The customer service completely exceeded my expectations- he was helpful, attentive & friendly. The entire setup was an easy process with a simple application, making the whole move-in stress-free. The facility is in a great location, in Carrara, just off the motorway, making it super convenient to access. I also love the App they provide; it makes it so convenient to manage entry into the facility & all my billing information is right there on my phone too. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a professional storage solution!

The whole experience was easy, with professional, friendly and helpful staff. The App is user-friendly. We had a great overall experience… prices are competitive, if not better and the facility is very clean, We would recommend to everyone.

Fantastic service and support from Scott to assist with minimum notice. Fast, efficient and friendly service helps relieve the stress of moving.

Clean, secure, easy to access, and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

Luke was incredibly helpful. Unfortunately I had a major health incident and could not move in on Friday. There is nothing you could have done better. Just waiting to recover to be able move my funiture into my unit. I will highly recommend your business.

It was a very easy thing to do but being older just navigating the app I am not an app person

The guy on the service desk was amazing help.

John was very professional and helpful throughout the whole process. One thing I wasn’t happy about is your use of collecting facial recognition when submitting my driving license. I would like to request that my data regarding this is now deleted from your system now my ID has been verified and proof of deletion is provided to myself.

Thank you
Rob

Excellent experience! The online setup was fast and easy, with instant unit allocation and ID verification. The facility is tidy, organised and offers great accessibility via trolleys and lifts. The after-hours access is a huge plus and the PIN entry system meant I could get on-site immediately without waiting and feel safe. Highly recommend!"
