Second package has not been shipped... no updates. products are fine overall but seem to be asking more than what its actually worth. I'd consider this an average transaction.

Great service! Phone case is well made. Well worth the money. The best thing I enjoy I can leave the phone in the wallet and still charge overnight. Will be buying another try soon.

Mit meiner ersten Bestellung, einer Handyhülle mit Zuglasche, war ich sehr zufrieden. Tolle Qualität und Verarbeitung. Leider trifft das nicht auf die zweite Handyhülle überhaupt nicht zu. Bereits bei der Lieferung fühlte sie sich sehr klebrig an. Am Magnetverschluss entstand ein Defekt, weil die beiden Lederoberflächen so stark verklebt waren. Nach kurzer Zeit sah die Hülle sehr schmutzig aus. Nach dem Einsenden von Fotos wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass Leder ein organisches Material ist und so etwas normal sei. Nach mehreren Kontakten mit dem Kundenservice hat man mir „großzügig“ 15,90€ überwiesen. Dies empfinde ich als unverschämt bei einem Preis von 159€. Ich kann das Unternehmen jetzt leider überhaupt nicht mehr empfehlen

5 star from start to finish with a fantastic product at the end of the journey. I just wish the case was in two pieces so that I could remove the cover on occasion. Otherwise the product is literally perfect!

The product is beautiful, luxe, high end, and the ordering process was good, communication was clear on shipping, etc. The packaging, however, was sub-par and disappointing. The two-watch sleeve that I ordered was crammed into a slightly too small box, and the time spent in the box lead to wrinkles and crimps in the otherwise beautiful leather. I had to unbox, stuff the product with fabric to reshape the piece before gifting. Bad experience for a luxury product.

The product was sent tot he wrong address of my own fault. The company is seeking to retrieve it from UPS and have it delivered to me. It has been a month. Much too long it seems. Yet I am looking forward to receiving the iPhone cover

Ho ordinato un taccuino personalizzato che in prima battuta mi era stato consegnato difettoso, presentava delle piccole macchie di pelle scolorita.
Devo dire però che il loro servizio clienti è stato impeccabile: ha risposto sempre davvero velocemente e hanno provveduto a supportarmi e cambiare il prodotto nonostante fosse un oggetto personalizzato. Ricevere questo livello di assistenza comprando online non è scontato, quindi 5 stelle meritate per il Customer Care!

Excellent product, very well made. Stitches are tight and neat, leather is good quality. It did take a long time to be shipped, however.
