Excellent SAV
J'utilise quotidiennement une sacoche Lucrin depuis un an et demie, elle est comme neuve et me donne entière satisfaction. Pour autant la partie mobile du fermoir s'est récemment cassée. J'ai contacté le SAV Lucrin qui m'a immédiatement répondu, demandé des photos pour apprécier ce qui était cassé, et m'a proposé d'envoyer la sacoche pour réparation ou de m'adresser un fermoir neuf gratuitement. Je viens de recevoir le fermoir neuf une semaine après le premier contact. Le SAV de Lucrin n'est pas mis en avant sur le site, mais je le recommande vivement.

Ich habe in der Zwischenzeit zwar eine Bestätigung meiner Retoure erhalten - aber immer noch keine Retourenadresse, bzw. ein Retourenlabel.

I was long reluctant about iphone…
I was long reluctant about iphone cases, but Lucrin changed my mind. Their Iphone wallets are very nice and makes the phone nicer to handle, feels and looks very nice. Like the Mercedes of Iphone Wallets. After a minor issue with my product Lucrin handled it well above my expectations

Incredible products matched by incredible service !
I have always been impressed with the quality of Lucrin products however never ordered from the website before. What a tremendous service from beginning to end. The communication about the order and the speed of arrival of my product was absolutely outstanding. The item itself - the large suede bag - arrived as expected and hoped for. Very pleased and will continue to be a customer in the years ahead.

Classy, well made crossbody bag
A beautifully made bag that suits my purposes perfectly; holds everything without being too large, heavy or cumbersome. I especially like the deep inner pocket that securely holds my iPhone. My only issue is that I would like a shorter woven shoulder strap - I’m petite and the one that came with the bag is a bit too long. The website is difficult to navigate, so I’m not certain that such a thing is even available.
