Good quality. Key case is slim and holds four keys and is easy to use.

Be warned: under normal use, the colour all round the edges will have completely faded after 1½ years. At that price, it’s an absolute disgrace!

I ordered the product on a Thursday evening at 10pm and I had it the following Monday. Not knowing anything about the company and some concerns about quality, once it arrived I was very satisfied. My wife even liked it. What really drew me to it is it is the only travel watch case I found that is flat and not bulky. Personalization was a bonus.

Customer support was very responsive in getting a replacement product to me when the original was lost in shipping.

Return process was underwhelming. Zero communication, cold, definitely lackluster. Seems absurd to even type that out about a boring business transaction component. Not sure that I'm expressing it accurately ^^ but I do think it's important to communicate warmly with a buyer/customer during a purchase/return of a high quality Lucrin item. I should also mention that packaging and presentation were dismal ~ a luxury brand item should never be encased in an extra cheap and wadded wrinkled mess of a dust bag. Excellent customer service and attention to detail 'should' be a priority.

The magnets in the cover do not stick to my iPad.

J'ai acheté un étui pour Iphone 16 pro max en 2024. A réception, vraiment bien. Mais il s'est dégradé très vite. Devenu inutilisable après environ un an. Un peu plus d'un an plus tard, j'envoie un mail au service client, dont la réponse, m'indiquait que la garantie d'un an était expirée, passe dans le junk mail. Je décide enfin de racheter un étui. Ils me proposent finalement un "geste commercial de 10%". Compte tenu de la très piètre qualité sur la longueur, je déconseille fortement.

Very good company to deal with. Always kept me updated on my order. As for the watch band, the quality is top notch and you can tell they put a lot of effort and time in to their products. It seems to run a bit bigger for my wrist but that’s certainly not a negative factor in my rating. Highly recommend Lucrin!
