This is my 2nd purchase of an Apple phone cover/wallet. I was fully impressed with the quality of the 1st one. The 2nd is also super but has a few slight imperfections - a rough edge and a stitch/leather issue. Small but not completely perfect.

My girlfriend likes the wallet very much and it's pink and if she is happy with it so am I. Keep doing what you are doing, great work and quality products. I will be ordering again soon.

I wanted to give a special gift to my host for a great weekend. The craftsmanship and quality hit the mark. She was delighted.

The iPhone17ProMax case that I ordered is elegant a beautiful color supple leather and intricately made. It is a work of art made to enjoy every day and it will only get more supple with age.
I know this from experience because the one that I purchased for my iPhone12ProMax is as beautiful as ever this many years later.

It is rare these days to find a high quality company that stands behind its products so nicely.

Je n’ai pas aimé mon achat, je trouve que pour ce prix, la qualité devrait être irréprochables. En effet, la coque en cuir que j’ai reçu pour mon IPhone 16 pro a facilement des traces d’usure, au bout de quelques semaine seulement. Je regrette mon achat. De plus les coutures ne sont pas de la qualité attendue et des filaments apparaissent rapidement. Je suis déçu.

You don't get the iPhone+ Pro Max named and depicted; what you really get is just a $215.00 (discounted) phone case.

The product appeared in the search engines, on the Web site and even in the order receipt as a "Luxury Bumper iPhone 15 Pro Max" depicting it as an iPhone 15 Pro Max. The sales offering seems intentionally misleading.

"Luxury Bumper" is not a company name or a brand name; this company is defining their phone case as "luxurious". The phone case (only) is what they're actually selling for $215.00.

The order confirmation doesn't reflect the address they're sending the product to (which is going to be incorrect, possibly to allow the credit card transaction to complete).

We complained the product offerred appeared to be a discounted iPhone 15 Pro Max. At the price the offering materials seemed misleading.

The Web site now reflects the product as just a case but we preserved pictures of the original sales presentation and the receipt to show what was named and depicted at the time of sale.

The company responded our request to return the product for a refund is "under review". That's it. No return authorization number or other return instructions. That email (and only that email) indicates:

"This email has failed its domain's authentication requirements. It may be spoofed or improperly forwarded."

The other emails received from Lucrin do not show that error message. That email, in fact the whole situation, looks suspicious.

Taken together, the misleading product name and depiction, the incorrect shipping address, the delay in processing a return for refund and the errant email, seems to us to have some of the indications of a bait-and-switch scam.

We think company with honest intentions would have provided a response that provides instructions for a product return and refund.

This product is definitely not leather. It is clearly man made. It is hidden by the lining. Pull back a corner and you will see for yourself.

Excellent service and the iPhone cover looks great with my orange phone.
