Appalling service, don't respond to complaints. Avoid.
These are the parent company for Tag Heuer. I own a Tag Heuer. What a dreadful company. Sent my watch for repair. £900 later they tell me there's a long delay in getting a part. I say that's fine I can wait. They then write and tell me my watch is going to be repaired on a certain date and will then be shipped back to me. They give the shipping date as a date when I'm on holiday. I ask them to delay the repair, they say they can't do that. So then I ask them to instead delay sending it back to a date when I will be at home from holiday. They say they can do that. But they don't. So my very expensive watch gets shipped back to arrive in an empty house with an unsafe postbox when I'm away. I complain. They don't even bother to reply. Absolutely appalling customer service, they clearly don't give a toss about their customers.

Un club sans intéret, une entreprise très riche, grace aux aides et réduction de l'état... et un service client qui fait des fautes d'orthographes et surtout qui ne comprend rien de rien !
Alors lvmh et son club, va acheter un correcteur d'orthographe ou forme les ( tiens, c'est aussi des réduction d'impot quand on forme son taff)

Når jeg har sat mig for at bruge penge på en taske vil jeg ikke stå i kø udenfor en butik der har rigelig plads indenfor. Jeg insiterede på at blive lukket ind og fik nådigt lov og efter en halv time fik jeg så købt min taske. Selve forløbet er en parodi og kunne være overstået på 5 min.

They didn't send me the promised 7.5ml perfume miniature as per the promotional offer. Which is even more unpleasant was the sheer arrogance towards the customer and their unwillingness to do anything to correct the situation. Truly unpleasant experience. I even attempted to cancel the order but no, the "knowing" customer service girls thought it is better that Dior pays for shipping and return cost + processing the return + having an unhappy customer. And i tell you, i will give my money to houses that know the value of the customer and have the correct attitude!

Achat d'un article de cosmétique avec demande de livraison en express AU PRIX DE 12.95€ qui selon les conditions générales de vente " de 2-3 jours ouvrés", L'article a été livré 5 jours donc au-delà du délai ! De plus UPS chargé de la livraison ne s'est même pas présenté au domicile et nous a contacté pour aller récupérer le colis dans leur locaux ! Inadmissible considérant que la livraison a été facturée en express!
Demande de remboursement des frais de port adressé au service client mais pas de réponse !

Placed an order on French Sephora website as I live in the UK and was given a voucher as a gift.
Order didn’t arrive yet I was told it was delivered... to whom I do not know, but it certainly wasn’t to me.
Firstly, if Sephora has decided to cater to English speaking countries, have the decency to act accordingly and employ English speaking customer service people available to deal with queries originating from those countries. I don’t see why I should be further inconvenienced by having to translate a whole cock and bull story about where the order is.
Secondly, do we live in 1920 or 2020? You want me to HANDWRITE a report about what happened? Seriously, remove your online presence, you are ill equipped to deal with it.
LVMH this is a poor, poor show.
I want a refund. I want someone who SPEAKS ENGLISH to assist me and I DO NOT want a rubbish e-mail address, phone number or Facebook Page reference.
Employ actual people who are capable of doing their jobs. You sure charge consumers enough to be able to pay more employees.
Your internal logistics issues should not be made to be the customer’s problem.
