I too fell for this. Was promised a refund that never came. After continuing to email and DM them they finally responded with a sketchy looking screen shot showing a credit but not date when it was supposedly made. No credit received. Filed a dispute with my credit card company.

Catfish, vaporware. I, as a relatively intelligent registered nurse in the United States, find the claims of the company to be implausible and unlikely to be achieved using technology available today. I would love to have the device advertised available, but baring a quantum leap in technology advancements, this product as advertised is not possible in the near future. Asking for money for a near-term release of the product is deceptive marketing of a vaporware product. $34.99 is something that I almost paid until I did some further research.

It is a Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA) operated by a registered agent service. Multiple sources list this address as a highly suspect and extreme fraud potential. I paid the reservation deposit because they explicitly state "all reservations are covered by a no-questions-asked refund policy." I emailed them twice about getting the reservation fee refunded. They finally responded stating it had been refunded. It's been 10 days and there is still no refund.
