Erst groß werben bzgl. Singles Day und dann einfach die Seite unaufrufbar machen. "Sie sind in der Warteschlange..." Klar. Seit 3 Stunden. Ich kaufe woanders. Bis zum nächsten Mal NOT!

Vandaag is de site drukker bezocht als anders, kan gebeuren... Helaas gedurende de dag al 4x eruit gegooid net voor het afrekenen...
Dan weer wachten in de wachtrij om de website te mogen bezoeken. Drama!

Vervolgens contact opgenomen met de klantenservice, van service is weinig sprake, maar dan weten jullie waarover het gaat. Met een beetje mazzel krijg je een Nederlands sprekende iemand, maar de voornamelijke antwoorden zijn; dat ze zelf ook last hebben van het probleem, niet verder kunnen helpen, verder niks kunnen doen. Heel bijzonder, dit heb ik nog nooit meegemaakt..

De andere reviews liegen er overigens ook niet om, dus bij MAC eerder regel dan uitzondering... Echt bagger!

Kom met een gepaste en nette oplossing, help de klant, schrijf het op, help mee de order plaatsen, het meedenken en adviseren zit er niet in en moet nog worden uitgevonden, denk ik? Echt slecht!

Maximal schlechte Server ausgerechnet zum Singles Day??? Wiw unseriös!!! Dann lieber bei anderen Marken shoppen.

Ho sempre adorato e acquistato Mac , mai come in questi ultimi mesi, la qualita é scesae i costi maggiorati : le confezioni sono microscopiche, ad es. gloss, si esauriscono in fretta e le matite occhi non durano e sono meno scriventi .Personale prima accogliente e qualificato, ad oggi, si fa i cavoli suoi e nemmeno ti segue . In compenso è molto piu caro con lo stesso prezzo da sephora trovi miglior qualita e vasto assortimento e se vuoi cambiare un prodotto hai tempo 30 g

Mi sono trovata bene anzi benissimo con il personale di questa azienda MAC, di preciso nel negozio della stazione Centrale di Milano.
Mi serviva un fissatore per make up già fatto.
Flic + Stata over è un ottimo prodotto e sono rimasta molto soddisfatta.
Sono passata due volte al negozio e per la prossima farò make up totale del viso.
Grazie ad Emma, Jalisssa, Maida e Serena andrò proprio in questo negozio di sicuro.

T5 on 26th Oct at 5.16om three you G girls stood around and ignored me as I walked around for under ten minutes I liked a lipstick due to the unprofessional girls who failed to even say hi I walked out .

Their adverts are highly inappropriate for day time TV considering that children are watching the TV aswell. Disgusting to be honest I don’t know who makes these things but they’re a proper weirdo. Sort it out.

Ella at MAC John Lewis Cribbs Causeway Bristol was excellent, so helpful and put me at ease straight away. As a woman of a certain age I am very aware of my skin flaws, but Ella was very relaxed and extremely informative.

I was served by Josie at the MAC counter in Boots Donegal Place, Belfast last Saturday and she was fantastic. I’d struggled with my previous MAC foundation, but Josie took the time to do a proper skin tone match and showed me how to apply it using the MAC moisturising primer, which has been a great match for my very sensitive skin. Her advice was spot on and made a real difference. Highly recommend!

As soon as we entered mac store in southcenter mall in Calgary, the sales associate name Page came right up to us and gave the help we needed. Very friendly and helpful. Thank you Page.
The disheartened was the sales lady standing beside her ignore us and didn't even said hi to us when we entered the store.

Avneesh Mac sales Rep at French gate Doncaster very perfessional I came looking for a NARS foundation and because if her product knowledge I purchase a Mac foundation , power and concealer.

Se avessi potuto mettere meno di una stella, l'avrei fatto. Ho effettuato 2 ordini sul sito online a distanzs di pochi mesi: nel primo mancava un prodotto e il secondo ordine (effettuato il 18 Settembre) non è mai arrivato. Ho chiamato più volte l'assistenza clienti e la risposta è stata "il suo ordine è partito, ho inviato una segnalazione". Peccato che l'ordine ad oggi non sia mai arrivato. Dopo l'ennesimo tentativo effettuato stavolta per email ho ottenuto un rimborso, che comunque non è ancora arrivato, quindi staremo a vedere. Un brand così famoso e importante con un servizio clienti di questo genere è oltremodo vergognoso. Vi consiglio caldamente di non ordine dal sito, perché è veramente un'odissea.

Mi mujer es clienta habitual de MAC y hace unos días la acompañé a la tienda que la firma tiene en el C.C La Cañada (Marbella). La experiencia no pudo ser más nefasta y deplorable ya que el trato recibido por una tal Lola -al parecer es la encargada de la tienda- no es la filosofía de la firma a la hora de tratar a la clientela ya que en otras tiendas de la marca, todo ha sido amabilidad y predisposición. Esta trabajadora no es merecedora de representar a MAC y evidentemente, no volveremos más a la tienda que tienen en La Cañada.

Used 25 years now and never disappointed

Went into Max store of 125th street and there was a Hispanic sales rep. working last Friday night about 6:45pm and I advised I only needed 2 lipsticks as he was working with a indecisive woman as she wanted to look through several things I said. Well just grab my two lipsticks and ring me out and then you can stay here with her all night and and continue, he did not acknowledge my presence as a customer and to me that was horrible customer service. He did not care whether he made the sale or not and I definitely didn't want to buy from someone like him and give him my money. This is horrible customer service.

I like Mac Makeup and Mac brush’s everything is delivered on time I found the right brushes and Mac is favourite my brand I would always buy from Mac nowhere else

Sue at your Enfield branch was very knowledgeable , friendly & extremely helpful. She took her time to make sure I was happy with her service.

I love Mac cosmetic and the revival they are having, but they do need to make their Australian website more user friendly. 5 stars for products 3 star for website.

Oh, Mac! What a disappointment you turned out to be. I am simply trying to return a lipstick, and can't. The chat is useless because nobody answers it. Then I called and was told that it would take 3-4 hours to send me the return label.
The very reason that I am returning the lipstick is because Mac changed the formula, and not for the better.
The terrible customer service does not have to be!

I had a GRWM session with Juliusz. Juliusz was fabulous, so welcoming, talented and really listened to what I wanted to achieve. Juliusz made me feel special and totally at ease. I would thoroughly recommend the service that Juliusz provided.
