Heck, even Amazon does direct returns for cheaper products, blows my mind that such a "high end" company couldn't care less about their customers making us travel 2 hours to the nearest FedEx.

Cheap overpriced garments: my $500 RAINcoat was not even remotely waterproof; not only did it immediately soak right through to my skin, the dye STAINED MY SHIRT. 0 CUSTOMER SERVICE: if you need to disable comments on your Facebook and turn off private messages it's probably a sign that your product 1. Sucks and 2. You're well aware of it.

I have only owned one jacket from Mackage and I think it is high quality. It keeps me warm when I am out walking all day for work in less than 30 degrees weather. I am however deducting two stars for purchasing online.
Pros: the jacket itself was good quality again and soft and if you purchased based on their measurements it will fit. Responded to emails fast when using their online form.
Cons: Mackage themselves messed up the order by sending me the incorrect size, but did not let me know I had to place a new order online in order to get the item again. Did not respond to email from original chain of emails. Mackage does not refund up till 10 days after until they have verfied and gotten their return, meaning you will have to pay for an expensive jacket twice with the hope of them MAYBE returning your money back.
Mackage repair form & services
I was browsing through Mackage options and came across reviews, while reading through, I realized many of them are negative, claiming to be related to repair issues or warranty.
It is common for people to write reviews when they are not happy, rather than about experience that went well. Ultimately, it creates a picture for other readers regarding the brand which is not full. I hope, my experience will add more inside to what Mackage repair service is. I have only one jacket from Mackage.
My Mackage Elita ski had an issue with the belt. It would snap open with each move and this issue occurred sometime after a year of purchase. I filled out a repair form, read and accepted terms and conditions. They emailed me an additional information that included process, claim number and address for delivery. I only had to send belt for an inspection, and they fixed it for me under warranty. The representative I was in touch with was Brittany, and she kept a clear communication to each step. Repair timeframes were about a month, I sent my belt in February and got it back in March.
I'm giving 4 stars only because the repair form included mandatory field* (attach receipt), which I don't have anymore.
I had few unsuccessful attempts to submit a form if I to skip that field. I wish there was an explanation there on how to proceed with NO receipt. When I downloaded a picture of the SKU or product code from inside the jacket label into that field instead of a receipt, my form finaly got submitted.
The warranty is ZERO

I have been trying to reach out to customer service for two years for the poor quality but still I couldn't.

I could NOT be more disappointed with both the quality of this BS overpriced crap I was hoodwinked into and the BS cutomer service that is their "guaruntee".
The first time I tried to use the zipper it moved .5cm and jammed itself to heck. Nothing to be done. So my winter coat gets to be sent off for 4-8 weeks of repair. Just in time for warm weather. Give me a break. But here is my favorite part, I get to PAY MORE MONEY to send them their own POS coat they sold me for the privilege of having them fix it for free (EYE ROLL). Never again

These guys the only thing they care about is money, making Jackets in China cheep quality. They should make their jackets here in Canada & stop lying to clients describing their Jackets high quality.
Mackage, faulty product and no customer service
Don’t bother with Mackage. When I bought my coat in Sloane Square, the sales person promised a quality product and lifetime quality service. Not true.
The lower zipper came off and I lost it. I spoke with their Customer Service department. They asked for all these pictures with an image of the zipper and coat from and back, etc. photos were crystal clear. They sent the wrong size zipper which took over 2 weeks to receive for a the small attachment. I emailed the customer service person and she told me that there were different zippers with the same code. When I followed up and compared the code number engraved behind the attachment, it was a different code number which was not correct and a possible lie.
To make things worse, she wanted to send me a 10% discount code for my next purchase. How totally ridiculous. What next purchase- never again!!!
Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. I ordered2 items (Mackage Europe) online and they were delivered to us via DHL. We decided to return one of the item as it was too big. Instead of DHL, we had to use FEDEX for the return (as mandated by their instruction). It was also confirmed to us that we do not need to bear the cost of import duty, they would take that cost (I have email proof of that).
Soon after, I received a hefty bill from DHL to pay for import duty for BOTH items.
Since than, I have been corresponding back and forth with DHL and Mackage to rectify the situation. Mackage kept writing that they are looking into it (email from a Rania El Hadraoui. Ultimately, she never got back to us.
So now, not only do we need to cover the import duty (which was not suppose to be the case), we even have to pay import duty for the item which was returned to Mackage.

Sick company that uses real fur from live caged animals kept in fithly hell holes. No one deserves to live like that. Please guys, shop elsewhere for more ethical brands that do not have animals screaming in pain. Please.

I placed an order for my wife and received the item on Monday 1/16. Because my wife knew the jacket was the incorrect size, she never opened the package. On 1/17, we finally opened the package so we could return it at the Mackage store on Spring Street in NYC, never even having unzipped the garment bag the jacket came with. To our surprise, the jacket which I ordered- Jeni-shz in black, was not in the bag. What was in the bag was an Adali down coat with blue fox fur, the tag was ripped off, it had scuff marks on the jacket, and to make matters even more mysterious, the plastic bag on the jacket and the tags belonged to a Jeni-shz jacket.
The worst part of this experience came from an employee at the Spring Street SoHo store by the name of SHERI. Because this was a surprise for my wife, I placed two separate orders, with multiple coats in different sizes. Initially she arrived at the Spring Street store before me, as I was making a purchase at a nearby store. My wife had four coats in total, with the intent of returning three of them and exchange one which she loved. My wife approached the associate SHERI and was immediately met with suspicion, telling her she needed a receipt, the barcode, and the credit card the items were purchased on. My wife calmly explained I was only a couple minutes away, that I made the purchase, but she had screenshots of my email confirmation with the order numbers. At which point SHERI nastily replied, “Those are only screenshots, not the actual email.” She opened the garment bags to each coat to inspect them, and when she finally came to the issue with the coat with the wrong tag, that’s when her attitude pinnacled to hostility, accusatory, and repulsively unprofessional. She claimed the item was worn, although we continued explaining we never even opened the garment bag. She claimed the fur was “fake,” insinuating we were returning a counterfeit jacket, as if we were lying thieves. She was more than condescending, she treated us like we were subhuman. My wife has wanted a Mackage coat for a couple years now, and this was my surprise to her, only for it to become a traumatizing experience, and seemingly racist attack on us, that she no longer can imagine wearing anything from your brand. You absolutely couldn’t have worst representation at your company, and we hope this leads to the appropriate corrective action for such an abhorrent, disrespectful, racist human being.

I bought a very expensive mackage coat and their customer service is awful. I will never buy anything from this company again. I lost the belt and tried to buy a replacement but they are incompetent and made me jump through hoops and I never got it. I recommend literally any other clothing brand!

I purchased the trish-x coat in December 2023 for $1,590. After wearing it once I noticed the silver fox fur lining was shedding. I ran my hand over it and the fur came out very easily, so I knew it was defective. I wanted to exchange it in Jan 2024.
Mackage does not offer refunds or exchanges if the tags are removed. They said I could fill out a "repair form" online. But they wanted to claim that the shedding was my fault for not "caring" for the coat in line with their suggestions. But I only wore it once. This company is a scam. Stay away!
Need to rectify this silly 14 days return from ship date policy
I ordered a pair of ski trousers and jacket on 29th December. I then read the reviews on here and to be honest, if I had, I probably would not have ordered, as I then spent the next week super stressed about the order arriving. I got a dispatch notification on the 30th, but the reality is due to the Christmas break, the package was not actually collected by Fedex until 2nd January, meaning I had technically already lost 3 days of the 14 days permissible returns period - which starts from the ship date?! - and my order was being shipped from Montreal to the UK! However, it did arrive with a few days to spare and I am super pleased with my items, although on the expensive side for what they are, the style of them suits me much better than other ski wear. However, I would not order from them again as the 14 day return policy is not pointed out clearly and obviously to customers - no where on the order or dispatch email does it state this and only when you wade through their website to the small print can it be found. Neither was it on any documentation in the parcel. No wonder people are super annoyed. For me, being overseas, it's just too risky to ever order from them again. What if an item is held in customs eating into my 14 days and then I can't return it? It's madness for a 'luxury' brand to have such a stupid policy and limits their market as for overseas customers its just way too risky ending up with an item that you don't want and can't return.
Terrible experience with a Mackage winter jacket
A winter jacket was purchased for me at the Yorkdale mall location in Toronto. I liked the jacket and had no intention of returning it so I took the tags off. However as I wore it for three days I found that the double zipper got stuck and was impossible to zip up. I thought the zipper was defective and went to the store to exchange it. The store manager tried to zip it up and it did get stuck but worked. She explained it away that the double zippers need to be lined up and I need to play around with it. For $1,600.00 I don’t expect to be playing around with a zipper. The double zipper is not appropriate for a long jacket clearly or perhaps the zippers used are poor quality. The manager was rude and told me I couldn’t return the jacket because I wore it and there was nothing she could do. She suggested I should contact the repairs department online and send it to have it repaired. Ridiculous! The jacket was purchased less than 2 weeks ago and cost $1600. Terrible product and the service is even worse!!!!

I ordered a winter parka for $1700, and they claimed on their website it's "Arctic Rated: Down to -25°C." Well, it's not true; it's impossible. I tried it when it was only -10°C and I was freezing! My old parka at $200 was 10 times warmer than the one from Mackage!
So, I contacted their customer service and asked them to return my parka. It took them seven days to answer me... and they "declined" my return request because I wore it once! This is ridiculous! How am I supposed to try the parka if I can't wear it?
With this price point, I was expecting a high level of customer support. Well, it's the contrary. Mackage is definitely the worst parka I've ever bought and the worst customer service I've ever had.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD
It's my first time ever in my life to leave such a bad review. But I can't tolerate with Mackage this time since they behave so rude and have no responsibility. I got a jacket from black friday and it came with a defect. ($1000 jacket with a defect...? Their warehouses are also poor) I used 3rd party discounts as well like from Amex so I asked them for a replacement or price match not to lose discounts. They first accepted it and offered me for a price match for 3rd party discounts and asked me to return the product, so I did. After a return, I contacted with them again and they quickly changed an opinion and rejected 3rd party discounts. That's their strategy. Give a nice solution to a customer and encourage a return and re-order, and turn it down once a customer follows it. I am a customer of many of the other high-end brands such as Chanel, Hermes, and Moncler and never experienced such a rude and inconsistent communications...Mackage is not a high-end customer service.

This is my second purchase from Mackage I ordered a Kent Z which was in the colour Garnet which is web exclusive colour on the mackage website i ordered it online 17.11.2023 and it was delivered on 20.11.23
It came in correct size and description.
The package was exceptional well packed and presented. I picked up this mackage coat because I purchase my first coat in store in canada last year. Mackage is very good quality and not overrated as other brands like Canada Goose and Moose Knuckles.
