Ordered a trial subscription as a present and am trying to cancel before the renewal date. No easy way to do this and am getting a bounce back from their standard email address

Quick and easy website to use. Reasonable price for a class magazine.

Impossible to join through app. Was told I was rejoining, which was not the case. Was told I could have both print and digital sub for £149, but it is much more than that. So I am taking out a 6 month trial. Not a happy camper!

The magazine is very uplifting by showing what other slimming world members have achieved and following their tips. The food recipes are good and the advertisements for new foodstuffs are excellent. The magazine brings to light lots of stuff that I wouldn`t necessarily find in my supermarket because I wouldn1t know about it. Good stuff - keep going - thank you.

Do not think about dealing with them if you want to cancel a subscription
I have been waiting now since 7th April for a refund on a cancelled subscription for the Radio Times and even with my bank now involved they have not refunded my money

Have had Radio Times for many years and recently discovered this company. Great price and great service.

Delighted on all aspects! Excellent dependable service and delivery of my subscription, and super value as well. Website is easy to navigate and has all the important information to hand.

Mid April I set up a TV times order (trial of 6 copies for £1) to be delivered to my mums door as she has moderate to severe mobility issues. I received the confirmation of the order. Then waited. Nothing received. I called to ask the status of the order / when to expect the first copy etc only to be told no order or subscription has been received. Just an FYI. Double check by calling them to ensure they actually do log the order because their system let down my mother.

My monthly magazine is delivered to my door. My friends and visitors love to browse it.

I enjoy BBC wildlife. Topics and contents are something I couldn’t scroll on social media.

Sadly missed a week but had subscription extended & weekly copies arrive erratically but that's more than likely to our poor local postal service.

Wanted to cancel magazine subscription before any issues had been sent, but their website only provides contact details for the Magazine supplier. Haven't yet found a way to speak to a real person regading this so had to raise a credit card dispute.
Following my posting above, Magazines.co.uk provided a contact email and I've received a full refund. Many thanks
