We received great service from the Moortown (Leeds) branch of Manning Stainton, and we weren’t even their client. Their client was the vendor of the property we were buying. Special mention must go to Charlotte Poutney. She did all she could to progress the transactions throughout the whole chain, chasing solicitors and keeping all of us informed throughout. She was very professional and very friendly and helped relieve stress throughout the chain caused by one firm of very unprofessional solicitors. We highly recommend Manning Stainton. It did take quite a while to find a buyer for our property and, at times, I did feel I had to work hard to get updates/contact the Moortown team. Once the property sold, I cannot fault the service we received from Gemma and Rochelle. They kept in regular contact and were proactive about chasing solicitors. Everyone I dealt with was professional, kind and friendly.

Very communicative always keeping me updated with progress of sale. Gemma & Rochdale were more proactive and informative.than my own Estate Agent, and Solicitor!
