Man united loss today was a nightmare
Part of the loss today is their goalkeeper can not stop a shot which a 15 old keeper could have easily saved
And what was he thinking or doing to try to save with his feet the first goal he received
He has been a Mass lately
I don’t know how he is still their number 1
Some one please replace him or do something
He is not even trying to stop the ball with his hands like a normal goalkeeper ,he always tries to stop the balloon with his feet

tactically hes un proven, , 65 years ive followed utd , this season im only looking at results ,i have no interest because the club has no interest, ,sanchez wage bill is a pathetic business, how can a business have to pay someones wages while working for someone else ?? its crazy, i cannot see a light at the proverbial end of the tunnel,

Manchester United need another centre back to go along with Harry Maguire. Personally, I think Lindelof, Smalling and Jones are not good enough. Another question is if Rashford can score the goal and the absence of a proven goalscorer may be a defining factor for Manchester Uniteds season.

Had excellent seats and view only problem is the stretford end is like a library these days.
I thought I would have a great experience but throughout the game all I could hear was the click click sound of a nikkon d7500 camera and a man of oriental appearance shouting ' CAM UN YOU WED DEVEELS'
The smell of fish specifically a prawn type of aroma was certainly unpleasant from the seats to the rear of me and the london accent began to really grind on me during the half time refreshments.
In short man united are no longer the club of champions and it is embarrassing that clubs such as Everton, Newcastle and Leeds United have far better atmospheres with proper working class fans and a local vociferous support

Awful customer service. Ordered items for my uncles 70th birthday a week in advance of the big day. Items showed as in stock and shipping in 1-2 days when the order was confirmed. Over two weeks later and customer services have not responded to several mails and the items have not been sent. Woeful and unacceptable for an organisation of this size.

I honestly have never experience such top class customer experience!
I purchased two tickets for my husband to watch the 99 reunion treble match but due to my two week old son having surgery he wasn’t able to attend. After attempting to privately sell the tickets we thought we’d try and see if we could return the tickets & receive a refund.
After explaining the situation to the call handler she firstly checked our newborn son was okay & then put every worry at ease, issued a full refund & told us not to worry. Sadly I didn’t catch the ladies name but if it’s possible to locate her with any details just to tell her that it’s the small things as she had done that make Manchester United the best club!
We couldn’t recommend the service enough & soon hope to return for a game with soon!

I was running the Manchester Marathon on Sunday 7th April and paid £15 to park at Manchester United football ground. I paid over the phone and was told I will be sent a confirmation email to show I have paid and need to show this to the staff to get in. I never recieved this email and tried to call relentlessly in a panic but couldn't get through, the offices were closed. However I wrote everything down and hoped that the staff in the morning would accept this.

When we arrived the road was blocked off and when I spoke to a marathon staff member who was redirecting traffic told me "you wont get through to that carpark it is all blocked off" we then had to pay £10 to park elsewhere.

I have called Manchester United today to ask for a refund as I didn't use the parking and couldn't access it, after being on hold and passed to different departments for 30mins I was told "we cannot refund you as the event has now passed" i naturally argued the fact I have paid for a service that hasn't been provided and dont expect to pay for thin air! She told me "you should have called we would have redirected you" I got to the event at 8:15am as I was due to race at 9am...their offices open at 9am WHO DO I CALL THEN?!?!

I genuinely feel that now they have taken my money they no longer care and have robbed me! I know this is only £15 but there is a principle here that needs to be addressed! It wasn't just myself as there was my team and many other racers that had the same issue and couldn't reach the carpark they paid for!

I have emailed their feedback team and i am still waiting for a response.

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE! THEY HAVE ROBBED ME AND MANY OTHERS!!!

Placed an order and after 9 days of the t shirt not being dispatched i called at the customer service and they told me that the specific printing on the t shirt was out of stock! No one informed me about it!
The only thing they could do was to give me the 12.95£ refund to the normal t shirt without a printing and just get the plain one.

Very fast delivery, easy for ordering. They delivered me the kit for two days, great quality and size, the product was like I expected and like they advert. Costumer service also very fast replying and clear answer, which is amazing !

Buyer beware!! I ordered boxer shorts for a Christmas present and followed the size guide. They've arrived and are massive so I wanted to exchange for a smaller size but written on the refund policy is they won't accept underwear. I've hardly worn them I'm female and wanting an exchange so not trying to send back worn items. Called customer service and they've basically said tough. I will not be using the site again. Awful service. Crap company. Anyone need some XL boxer shorts?! Complete waste of my money!

Grandson really likes his shirt, you cant get him out of it. Online shop easy to use and lots to choose from.

took my grandson to watch Utd for his 10th birthday ..we travelled from Belfast and had a great weekend ...i didn"t mind the expensive boat / train /hotel / and flight back home as he had looked forward to see his heroes .
we had a lot of time to see around old Trafford before Ben wanted to see the players arrive .To get a good view we got to the barrier and waited for 2 hours before the coach arrived .. SHAME ON THE TEAM ...the coach parked as close as possible to the entrance leaving just enough room for them to get out and sneak in with their heads down / hoodies on / earphones on ...they made no effort to acknowledge any of their supporters ..who do they think they are. the only one to make an effort was sir Alex who walked from his car and both spoke and waved to the crowd .[ respect ] . i am not a Utd supporter and if that is the way they treat the people that love them i never will be ... they didn"t make much of an effort on the pitch either ...beaten by west Brom ... a smile and a wave does not cost .... ground staff / security and supporters were all friendly and helpful ... players and management were too far up their own a .
[no supporters = no wages ] ...

Placed order nearly 2 weeks ago said everything in stock as goods were a father's day gift now telling me earliest 29 June. . Going to be one unhappy 87 years old dad and it's false advertising. How can Manchester United let this company use it's name and logo. Disgusting.

Superb customer service from start to finish.
Received goods promptly even though I ordered in the Black Friday sale and even though I had to return them a refund was issued immediately.
A lot of other companies could learn from Manchester United.
