I am writing to complain about the lack of respect for a 70-year supporter.
I've been trying to help my 80-year-old father get his season ticket as he is no longer allowed to get this on the phone; it has to be done online, so I created the account and linked his membership; all good.
I paid for his Matchday season ticket and Parking (as he has osteoarthritis) and quickly got BOTH showing in the account. I received an email shortly with the matchday ticket information with a paragraph saying the parking ticket would be sent soon (within three days). As yet, I have still not had this.
Many days have spent sending email or text messages to 0161 850 3969 as requested, and all I got was the same standard messages (we have received your request, or We have re-issued your ticket) which I have still not got, thus leading me to circles and going through the same processes.
Tomorrow is match day 1 (Leeds), and he still does not have his parking season ticket despite ALL ATTEMPTS to get what he has paid for.
Unfortunately, it seems to be the state of affairs with the club, not thinking of the fans who have paid into the club for seven decades but quickly advertise three new strips). Where is the fan help? Where is the service with ticket issues? Why does it take so long when you have paid out?
QUESTION: Would any of you be happy if you found yourself in this situation? My father has a disability, yet I get contacted daily asking if it is resolved, quite frankly, beyond a joke...

I bought a membership with the club to buy tickets last season hoping we might be in for the second half of the year. As it turned out the games ended up behind closed doors all year bar one game.

I asked if the membership would be extended for the following year because there was no opportunity to buy tickets

I was fobbed off with every email one guy told me I had free MUTV for three months ( news to me) one guy told me it was my hard luck for buying it. Next one told me I got random other discounts.

None of them read the emails and talked to me like a person or address the points I raised

Clearly the club had no interest in even discussing the membership with me and took the my money for nothing and not interested in me

As a fan left me unappreciated and they are only interested in my money

Very poor customer service throughout my interactions but none of them seemed to care anyway….

I am 71 years old After paying for my season ticket over the phone for the many years , Man United now said I have to buy on line ,
I don't have a computer or email address . I sent a text to MU requesting help , the sent a auto reply saying go on line .
Manchester United no longer take calls What's going on? they need to help people who want to renew , their season ticket not all people are IT savvy this has become very distressing to me and others ,

I have been in negotiations for over a year to buy the soul of Manchester United. I was surprised to find it for sale, but Joel Glazer insisted that the Manchester United franchise had no need for a soul.

Imagine my shock in finding that they are selling it to JP Morgan and the European mega billions league. What on earth are JP Morgan going to do with a soul? And how can Glazer sell the soul to multiple buyers. It's almost like he doesn't understand what a soul is.

I'm done with this deal. If anyone is interested, Glazer did mention, on numerous occasions, that he also has a granny for sale.

Had the best experience when using the corporate facilities. Customer service was excellent and they catered for my daughter's dietary needs. Great all round evening and worth the fee.

For such a big club, your customer service, in the on line shop is VERY poor - I have never shopped at a more unprofessional shop. I was overcharged by 15 Euro and the shop would not return the funds - they would not accept to stop the order either! What a shame for a club I have been following 53 years - but then again if you see Man U reviews 76% think its BAD - the manager should be sacked - NO Professional firm can accept 76% unsatisfied customers!
