This site was easy to use, showed me good recommendations from the filters, I'm very biased about Warhammer though :P

It was easy and seamless buying the products the hardest part was convincing my wife I needed more Warhammer figurines.

They can not if their life depended on it manage to send out subscriber issues of White dwarf magazine.
You contact customer service, they, send out replacement copy several weeks later, and can not provide any tracking when nothing arrives, and their brilliant solution is to yet again try and send out a copy, no tracking provided, and I guess I can then hope yet again for a different result, absolutly pathetic to have to wait several months for a monthly subscription to arrive. I had enough of this Canceled and refunded, but didnt get a refund for the copy they havent ben able to send out for several months.
Find another wargame to get into, This is sadly beyond broken, The greed seems to have taken total control
I know I have to give a date for this experience, and that will be the latest non fix answer, but this has ben going on for years, a steady downward trend

I haven't seen this happen in this way on other websites. The warning to check everything before you hit checkout is very much needed. I don't buy much from warhammer, I was emailed a voucher code and had to subscribe to use the voucher, kind of scummy but I guess everyone pretty much does this. I can unsub I guess. I wonder if I will get sent another voucher if I do?!? I only buy warhammer very occasionally as gifts for my sweaty husband so why should I have to subscribe? Anywhoo I hope the puny warman makes him happy.

Excellent customer service. I had a few issues over a very long period as a customer. Every single time the response was swift and instantly very helpful. The problem was usually solved upon the first reply due to action taken by the support.
