Ordered a couple of Man Utd tops, and received a Chelsea 3rd kit? Rang customer service, to be told I could only raise an issue via email, and to send an image to their customer service email address. I Sent an email with order number & photo of incorrect received product. Two weeks later still no reply, three weeks later still now reply. Paid through PayPal so raised a dispute, they didn't even reply to Paypal so I was refunded. Absolute joke of a company, wish I'd looked on here before ordering. With it being a big brand you never expect this kind of problem. Never order from here!!

Can’t even put in to words how disappointed I am in this football club for its size.
I’ve had a query open with ticket sales for months and very little response.
I had tickets cancelled for a game during COVID, 3 excited kids one ready for his first visit. Really let down.

Delayed Birthday/Christmas Present (Ronaldo 7 Shirt). My mother has had to cancel as a result and she is yet to get a refund.
As for fan satisfaction, in general, poor.

Very incompetent for a club viewed as an institution.

Board are just greedy bunch of businessman with no intention of caring about the current situation at the club. This club is rotten to the core. Fans have been decieved thinking that club want success when it clearly shows club just priortized profits. Done with this club until real change is made! The M.U.S.T and manager are just puppets. 4 points from 18 , losing to biggest rivals, no coaching ability, players not getting game time, and no style of play. You are the worst football club in the world.

A club with the worst and most untrustworthy owners and chairman in the game. A board that sold out the fans and failed to protect the club when it matters. Only care about making money and profiting dividends. A disgrace of a once great club

I liked OGS But losing confidence in him & unfortunately there are not many top coaches available except Zedan. It is getting close to the time when a change may be necessary.
I”be been a fan for 60 years & love Man U & breaks my heart to see them struggle.

Very dismissive response from customer service about my recent merch order from the webshop where I wasn’t given the %10 discount, then my order didn’t arrive on time and then I was charged so much for extra deliveries and for extra returns. I regret everything about this experience from start to the end but especially how my feedback was handled.
I will never order again/won’t recomment to anyone.

Appalling customer service. Sent my season ticket back because I’m so outraged. Basically if you have to update your card details make sure doubly (that’s if you can get through to them because they don’t answer phones or respond to repeated emails) - there’s a second sneaky area for the cup schemes which ironically doesn’t fall under ‘update card details’ area. As such they have resold my Liverpool ticket and I can’t get a refund. No forward facing appeals or support team.
Just a way to fleece fans for more money.
I won’t spend another penny on this appalling club. Lifelong fan and dreamed of having a season ticket.
Won’t be watching them either. Ruined it for me. In an age where clubs have lost connection with local loyal fans this is another kick in the teeth. Death of football

Absolutely joke. Been on the phone to customer service for an hour and a half. In a world where customer service is massive they downgrade their already abysmal approach to even worse. Take advantage of the fans at every opportunity and frankly don’t care about fans or “customers” as they would call them

2021 saw the return of fans to games and saw Manchester United (arguably the biggest club in the world) DOWNGRADE it's customer service interactions to worse than any other provider I use. The club are now are virtually un-contactable by any means, incorrect redirection messages with inaccurate information and the previously friendly service via telephone has gone with automatic call terminations at most times. Lifelong Red sadly disappointed - but not unexpected if I'm honest.

Joke club has nobody to call for memberships adult and child.

Impossible to get through to the ticket office and call backs take up to a week. Irritating that have to download every cup ticket to my phone. Website is very poor and difficult to use. Must be a nightmare for elderly less tech savvie fans. Get the impression club doesn’t care about supporters as think there is always someone else to replace them. Have obviously slashed staff no’s in penny pinching exercise.

I had a recent and rather unpleasant experience trying to get European match tickets for my 81 year old father. (Season ticket holder since he was a teenager) Similar to others I found the attitude of staff towards the elderly (non techy) members of society trying to buy a ticket appalling. I was told my father would have to turn to somebody else to set up an account for him. (so much for independance in old age!) I find tis attitude potentially discriminatory. towards both the elderly and those with learning disabilities. You simply don't exist as far as the club is concerned, if you are not online. I cannot imagine that the club senior level executives want this to be club culture, but there are a few overzealous short sighted middle managers trying to make a name for themselves by driving efficiencies whatever the cost to the individual. What would work better for the elderly and those who struggle with online services would be to provide a dedicated line with trained professionals along the lines of those provided by SKY
