I did not see any staff working during my visit which made my experience a little off.

It worst hotel I have ever seen. I booked 6 days once I went to the bathroom I saw there were many insects everywhere. Also next to the chair & bedroom, I called the front desk to explain the situation they said just send an email if you have photos or videos. I asked him to find another room or refund my money. I could not sleep or stay in the room. after 3 hours finished my stuff. I spoke to the front desk his name is Jash this dude was so rude &mean to me. I told him I want to speak with your manager he said I'm a supervisor and he said I was sat next to my manager when you called about the insects! I told you that's all? I stayed until the manager came and he said we don't have any room available and he did not apologize about that. My advice do not to book in this hotel because so dirty & not clean at all, also the stuff is so rude.

This is not a safe hotel to stay in. There are several men and women in the hotel NOT staying there but walking throughout the facility. You can go to any floor of the hotel without a key. It’s a waste of money. Joel, who the front desk employee, is horrible at customer service and disrespectful. Worst hotel I’ve stayed in yet in NYC.

I stayed at the courtyard by Marriott on Hamilton place boulevard in Chattanooga Tennessee. The Marriott is a wonderful hotel, the staff is very kind, the rooms are large, and really nice. They have a nice dining area with a bar. My boyfriend proposed to me in their lobby in front of their big fireplace with the Christmas tree in the background, it was so romantic, the Marriott has kind of became our spot, we go there every Christmas and on our birthdays and Valentine's day. This is a great place for vacations, honeymoons, holidays: this is a great family place.
