Why is it so frustrating to cancel auto renewal on the app?have tried to use the live chat for over a week its not just working and keeps redirecting me.

They renewed my policy without any reason. I stopped the new offer as it was so expensive, but they took the money from my account. Now I need to pay for the cancellation fee and one day's insurance, as they said I did not stop the new offer.
Completely disappointed.

I had been with Marshmallow for two years then unexplainably my license details appeared incorrectly on their system. As there is NO call centre this became impossible to change on the APP as it was also not possible to check if the other details they held on their system were correct either. The chat system was near useless and I was told to reapply , so I did but was then rejected, presumably as my existing insurance was still running. Not wanting to let my insurance lapse I went to another provider. Hours wasted , would have been left uninsured and an appalling customer service process. Avoid.
