I recently spoke with Deborah, an insurance agent at Marshmallow Insurance, regarding my car insurance premium, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the support I received.

I explained my current financial difficulties due to a family issue, and Deborah was incredibly understanding, patient, and compassionate throughout the conversation. She genuinely took the time to listen and made me feel heard, which meant a lot during a stressful time.

What really stood out was her willingness to go the extra mile—she worked with her team to explore all possible options and managed to secure the best discounted rate for my insurance. This support came just a few days before my deadline, which made a huge difference for me.

I truly appreciate Deborah’s professionalism, empathy, and dedication. I can’t thank her and the team enough for their timely help and for making a difficult situation much easier to manage.

I had my policy for renewal in mid april 2026. Contacted the team via chat to offer a cheaper price as i was being offered cheaper when applying for new quote.
Lee was very helpful in not only offering me cheaper than the quotes i was getting online, but also helped me correct some of my mileage details which were inaccurate in current policy.
Thanks Lee for you quick responses even on a Saturday. I was able to sort this out within 30 minutes.

Awful - trying to cancel auto renewal was a nightmare. They force you to connect with a online chat live agent. Just so you understand, thoughtout the length of my entire policy, I've not been able to connect to a 'live' person once despite trying on multiple occasions. Its always AI. They constantly push you around the AI system. Not a living person to be found. Absolute nightmare, but when it comes to cancelling - they want to force you to have a live online chat. The slap in the face is, they put you in queue for hours to chat to the agent that they force you to chat to.

Top tip - if you end up with these clowns, cancel your auto-renewal ASAP

The agent was very helpful

I have telephoned this company several times, emailed them, tried chat box, sent a complaints letter and still no reply regarding property damage by a vehicle insured by them despite being told by their customer service that they are liable for the damage and not to carry out any repairs. I have now contacted the ombudsman and taking this to the small claims court. This company thinks that if they ignore people, people will give up. Will now let the courts deal with them

I had a really positive experience with this company. Everything was straightforward from start to finish, and the process was quick and easy. The pricing was competitive, and I appreciated how clear and transparent everything was.
