Placed an order Dec 9th and haven’t received it. According to their shipping policy, it should take 8-9 days but it’s a lie I have emailed them several times and haven’t received a single email back from them.
DON’T even consider placing any orders with them!

More than a month to get order and poor quality
It took a month and 3 days to receive my order and when it arrived it was a screen print rather than embroidered which is not what the image showed on the website. It is a scam. Such poor quality. I'm very dissappointed. I've emailed the company but based on what I'm reading here I probably won't hear back.

J'ai passé commande le 01/11/2024, et à part le fait qu'ils ont confirmé mon achat et gentiment débité mon compte en banque, je n'ai jamais reçu ma commande #3529.
J'ai même envoyé plusieurs mails au fil des mois et essayé de les contacter sur Instagram, mais je n'ai jamais eu de réponse.
À éviter, vous trouverez mieux ailleurs.

Bonjour. J'ai passé une commande le 05 décembre. Le lien vers la commande ne fonctionnant pas, j'ai envoyé un email (seul moyen pour communiquer), je n'ai toujours aucune réponse. J'ai réessayé. Toujours rien.
J'ai bien l'impression que ce site est une arnaque. Faites bien attention.

Scam website, beware! Ordered a top three weeks ago and no updates on shipment. I mailed them asking the status of the order multiple times and also reached out on Instagram TWICE and still no response. They say 8-10 days shipment but my order still shows as unfulfilled on the website. Don't order from here.

It took 28 days to receive the product. when I asked for a refund, they gave me a Chinese address for 41 dollars to return the product. And the quality of the product was really bad. Their address on the internet appears to be America, but they send the products from China. Probably from aliexpress.
