The Calvino 5 years later
I purchased The Calvino about 5 years ago. It goes to work with me every day and has traveled the US and Europe on business trips. The bag is as good now as it was the day I received it. I can't imagine having a better looking, higher quality bag. Its perfect for business people 'on the go'... not so slim that it only fits your laptop, and not so large that its too clunky to carry around.
I'd recommend the bag and the brand without reservation.... but it does seem that prices may have gone WAY up since I purchased yrs ago.

The outstanding help I received from Sam and Charlotte with the processing of my order and the patience they demonstrated in guiding me on payment options. They were very quick with replying to…
They were very quick with replying to emails and very helpful in regards to anything I asked. The only thing I didn’t like about them was they occasionally (but not very often) didn’t answer their calls (even though I called during their contact centre hours). There were some nights (because they’re 11 hours behind me) where I had to call FOUR TIMES for someone to answer!!!

In your case, since we were actively communicating via email at the same time, we believed everything was being addressed there. Good product but advertised delivery times should be more accurate on the website. Stated 3- 4 days and failed to mention stock is outside UK so that wasn't possible
