The design and quality is everything I hoped it would be.
Even though the item wasn’t in stock in London and would therefore take longer for delivery, the communication with the customer services representative was very forthcoming and helpful.
I would not hesitate to order from Maxwell/Scott in the future.

Thank you for your review. We are very sorry for the delay with your order. We can see that this was discussed with you once the order was placed and you had confirmed that you were happy to wait on this occasion. The order was dispatched on the 17th of June and according to the tracking information, there appears to have been some issues with Polish customs, which is unfortunately out of our control. We have contacted FedEx about this and they have raised a case to hopefully get this delivered today. Outstanding customer service
Outstanding customer service. Case I ordered was not in stock in the UK but was brought from Italy in a few days. I was informed promptly by email, kept informed, and the delivery was upgraded in compensation.
Oh, and the Basilio case is fantastic - beautifully made, the quality oozes from it. I feel special when I carry it.

6 star quality products
I have been a customer of Maxwell Scott for well over 20 years. I have many of their bags as the quality is superb: A suitcase, a laptop bag, two bucket bags, a small brown tote and a larger black tote bag. I have recommended Maxwell Scott constantly to friends and family and as the years pass I'm constantly amazed at how good the quality of the bags are.
Recently, they have relined by black tote and it has just come back today. They have done an excellent job, although the time-frame was a little longer than expected. For this reason I am giving them 4 stars for my recent experience. Otherwise, I would have given them 6 stars.
Maxwell Scott are an excellent brand and they have done well for many years to provide a line of quality products: so rare these days. Long may they continue
