Great bag, great communication!
Some delays in delivery when ordered during high season. Customer service did a wonderful job by proactively informing me along the way.
I am impressed by the quality of the bag, from the leather that is used to the finishing and the seams. All really good quality.
Expensive: yes. Extraordinary quality and a timeless design and a great service: also yes.

On this occasion we can see that the order was dispatched on the 18th of December with standard shipping to Japan. Unfortunately, at this time of year than can sometimes be delays with the couriers, and the standard shipping takes several days to arrive in Japan. We can see this did get delivered and apologise that it was not possible to get this delivered before Christmas. We hope the recipient was happy with the product despite the short delay.
