J'ai commandé un porte document pour faire un cadeau. Il est arrivé très rapidement. J'ai été épatée par la qualité: le cuir est très beau, la couleur très jolie. Satisfaite de mon achat, je voulais faire graver les initiales. J'ai eu le service client qui a été remarquable - très efficace et courtois. J'ai retourné le porte document et il a été gravé et renvoyé en un temps record - à temps pour l'anniversaire de mon fils! Je recommande 100% cette boutique à la fois pour la beauté des produits que le service client exceptionnel.

Great product but you do have to pay for quality. Only lacking a star as advertised for two day delivery when not actually in stock! Still, worth waiting the week.

Golf Scorecard Holder
Our order was given a 5 to 10 day delivery time, however, the order was delayed by 10 days due to delivery delays from Italy over Christmas but we were kept aware of progress and it arrived within the rescheduled time.

Waiting time for the bag was much longer than expected. The effect was that at the same time the bag was offered with a discount. Un unhappy event. I expect a refund.

The experience was generally good
The experience was generally good. The items ordered arrived with a two week delay. But I was informed by the company that there would be a delay of ten days, due to shortages in Britain. The items were requested from the warehouse in Italy. So the delay was longer than predicted. Also, I did not receive an email to inform me that the items were on their way. I was informed that I would receive an email.
The products are of high quality and they were very well packaged.
I am not sure of the exact date of the experience. But it was in January 2025.
I am adding to my review on 4th February 2025 that I have now received an excellent reply from the company regarding my customer experience review.
