I strugled with the claim from start to finnish. Being 75 years old i am not good at using computers and emails. Also when trying to phone up was canstantly not able to get through to speak with someone. The whole experience was very stressful. Then, to top it all off my claim was not paid in full.

My annual lodge clean was missed in Nov 2024. It was cleaned very poorly in August 2025 such that I had to get another company to do this for me. No paperwork was provided for the annual lodge inspection in Nov 2024 and the annual inspection is still outstanding for 2025. I have exchanged many emails on the matters, raised a complaint with their complaints people (with no response) and the operative I was dealing with has left.....shambles is the only word to describe my experience

We had a problem with our Truma Combi Boiler and Dometic oven. Took Caravan to local repairer as there were none of MB&G recommended repairers within 80 miles. I obtained repair estimates and completed the online claim procedures including photographs. Claim was quickly approved, repairs took 2 weeks to source parts and completed. I paid the repairer directly. I submitted the invoices to MB&G online and was recompensed fully within a week.
As long as the claim procedures and requirements are complied with, this warranty product gives peace of mind should you be unfortunate to experience a breakdown. The local repairer also said that MB&G were good to deal with.

Currently being shunted about between this company and Oak Furniture over a trivial repair matter that I could resolve myself if given the materials.Their claims form cannot be completed,as it freezes up half way through.

Very efficient service dealt with professionally

I spoke to Adam Sutton today and he was most helpful and explained the process that needed to be followed and that he would message the relevant team to sort out the issues i was having.

MB&G contacted us prior to the expiry of our supplier provided extended MB&G warranty cover on our caravan. On contacting MB&G by telephone we felt looked after from the start. We were provided with a thorough description of the cover provided in a friendly professional manner, with all of our questions answered in full, and leaving us feeling very comfortable in continuing extended warranty cover of our caravan with MB&G.

We submitted the claim with details as requested and received a prompt confirmation that it would be settled. It took 14 weeks for the replacement part (main window) to arrive, yet payment was received a couple of days after sending in the proof of us settling the invoice with the repairer.
It has been a frustrating Summer without the use of our caravan, but MB&G offer great service so I can't fault them.

I recently had to make a claim after damage to my caravan during storm Amy, and I was expecting a long, stressful process. Thankfully, that wasn’t the case.

Luke handled my entire claim from start to finish, and I genuinely couldn’t fault the service. He kept me updated at every stage, explained everything clearly, and always replied promptly. Nothing ever felt rushed or dismissed,he took the time to listen to my concerns and helped work toward a fair settlement that I was happy with.

Even when things needed to be reviewed internally, I never felt left in the dark. The communication was excellent, professional, and courteous throughout.

In the end, the claim was fully resolved, the settlement agreed, and everything processed smoothly. Luke made a situation that could have been very stressful surprisingly stress free.

We have held a warranty with MB&G for 3 years of our ownership. So far we have had 2 successful claims for water ingress affecting our Maxview so replacement parts and a fridge 12v PCB parts and repair. We belong to a group of Motorhome owners and there are lots of myths about warranty services, this policy covers you for the value of the Moho. So a Worry free experience. Excellent service and communication with Lee reasonable cost.
