I had a fantastic experience buying my car from this dealership, and I can’t thank John enough for all his help.

I’d been looking for the right car since January, and throughout the whole process John was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and never once made me feel under any pressure. He let me test drive several different cars and really listened to what I was looking for. He suggested the car I eventually bought, and after taking it for a test drive, I completely fell in love with it.

I was quite anxious about spending so much money and wanted to be absolutely sure I was making the right decision. John was so understanding and gave me the time and space to think everything through without ever being pushy. That really helped me feel confident that I was choosing the right car.

Bought my Audi A3 from them and they delivered this to me last year.
No problems with the buying or the car apart from we have a leak into the boot as it is a convertible.
Car in very good condition and drives superbly. Condition was perfect and they were very helpful during the online sale.

Really liked the car and milage it had been repaired but needed a couple of things adjusting so the sales guy kindly let us get the repair done nearer our home but after receiving the quote which he had been sent too he decided that he had not agreed to all the work on the quote which I found really confusing when I queried this with him and asked what was going on he said he had agreed on the phone to the garage which I knew nothing about !! neither did the garage ? this all happened on the actual day the garage were going to start the work so I had to phone and cancel Not sure what was going on there.

Customer service is literally the best. They will not fail you. Ask for Maria she will take care of you and make sure you leave with a smile.

I took my car for service on the 14th April at 10:15 am I was offered a silver service @£399 for full service and MOT. They said they will give it back by evening in most cases. I was then told it will be next day as they now have fitted everything and only MOT to be done. I’m here with them at 13:30 and I’ve still not received my car. They now tell me it will be 5pm and I had to cancel my shift for work today. It’s really bad service and I hope you guys out there find another service centre… the receptionist talk to you like it’s their car and you got to take shit they say and keep quiet….

Great team at McCarthy Cars. I was happy with my purchase and John is super experienced with great customer care. I would definitely recommend the team at McCarthy on that basis and they also have a good range of cars available.

McCarthy Cars were great because they are professional, trustworthy and respectful to women who want to buy nice cars. I always buy my cars from them and my new purchase is my third one so that says it all. Jonathan McCarthy is awesome and I wouldn't go with anyone else. I will be back in another 3 to 4 years as I have now got the 'travel bug' of driving brilliant cars without wasting money on a brand new one that loses its value as soon as you drive it off of the forecourt. AND you want to keep buying used cars pre and post 2035, before we are all forced to run electric cars which are not fully sound to operate on the roads!
