Medicare Solutions Opiniões 

I have repeatedly gotten calls, several in a onday time period, from a company that claims they are from "Medicare Solutions". They repeatedly try to tell me that I am missing out on wonderful benefits, and then they attempt to get my personal info, such as my Medicare number. I have hung up on them, I have swore at them, I have even attempted to guilt them into quitting their job. They CONTINUE to call. What can be done about this? I am intelligent enough to know that you would not cold-call me, that I would need to reach out to you. Suggestions please?

I contacted Medicare regarding an issue with some medical gloves I had purchased, and Amber was incredibly helpful throughout. She dealt with the matter professionally, efficiently, and with genuine kindness.

What stood out most was how caring and understanding she was. She took the time to listen, kept me informed, and made what could have been a frustrating situation much easier to deal with. It's rare to come across someone who combines excellent customer service with such a warm and personal approach.

Amber is a real credit to Medicare and genuinely reflects the values the company aims to uphold. Her professionalism, empathy, and commitment to helping customers are exactly how customer service should be.

If more people treated customers the way Amber does, dealing with problems would be far less stressful. She made me feel valued and respected, and I am very grateful for the help she provided.

I'm still having a lot of trouble trying to make sure that I have everything I need because of my severe conditions of congested heart failure, COPD, severe arthritis, high blood pressure, neuropathy, & diverticulitis. I only received $55 a month right now from the state of Illinois to get food and then it's not near enough! It won't even pay me for my food for a weekend.

The Primary Care Physician that Brandon set me up with, does not practice medicine any longer. Ohio State University Hospitals doesn't accept the United Healthcare Medicare. So I will need to keep my current Health insurance through Molina as well.

April was amazing! She helped me find the best plan for me without having to pay anymore out of pocket. She was very thorough in explaining to me what all I was getting and what my copays and deductibles were going to be.
