Booked in for my first MoT for my Mercedes. I booked a couple of months ahead and had a courtesy call from the garage 2 days before the appointment just to make sure everything was ok. Arrived before time and although the MoT testing was running slightly behind schedule, the customer waiting area was comfortable with coffee available. Car took about an hour and was cleaned ready for my return home. A good experience.

Alex was extremely professional. Helpful and friendly from start to finish. His knowledge on the cars was amazing and there was no question that went unanswered - would highly recommend.

Service from first contact to handover was first class. Luke managed the whole process, following my initial call Luke sent me a comprehensive unique video of the vehicle, I then visited the site for a test drive which was all set up ready for when I arrived. There was no pressure selling or rushing of the process, just quality customer service. The vehicle itself was in superb condition and fully valeted and well presented, a couple of minor blemishes were dealt with before I collected. Plenty of time was set aside for the handover which was straightforward. The whole experience was comfortable and enjoyable, exactly as it should be. Can’t recommend MB SW online and Luke enough.

Having my Mercedes EQA serviced at the Exeter Mercedes branch is always a good experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the customer waiting area is very comfortable and has a great coffee machine and a good selection of refreshments. I really like the video of the service being carried out by the mercedes Technician.

Following a very prompt breakdown recovery my car was fixed and available early the next morning

The car was driven up to us, sales invoice was 16003 and by the time the car came up it was on 16584. Should her been cleaned before delivery so we could inspect it properly. Also had damage on the inside ( got a refund for it ). The windscreen is damaged too which they didn’t tell us about.
Should have declared all the damage which they clearly didn’t

I’d highly recommend the Mercedes Taunton dealership which offers excellent customer service. Erin Doolan, their service team manager, is simply the best! Having experienced shocking service at the Mercedes Exeter dealership I was unsure as to what to expect. From our first interaction she got everything spot on. Keeping me informed throughout our car recovery and repair, phoning when she said she would and doing her very best to look after us in challenging circumstances. I felt listened to and reassured throughout and will gladly travel the extra distance to revisit the Taunton dealership for future car servicing even though this means driving past the Exeter dealership to get there. It’s not often I write reviews but on this occasion Erin really does deserve recognition for her exceptional customer service. I’m sure Erin is destined for great things, so Mercedes please look after this young lady she is a great asset to your company.

I had a hired Mercedes C class and was in trouble at a busy motorway junction roundabout, I had my disabled husband and 3 dogs in the car. Michaela Cook was on her way home and turns up at the right moment, making us safe and diagnosing the problem.

They are a professional company and gave me confidence in the quality of their service and fault finding.
