Merchly is not only competitive on their pricing, and has not just exceeded their timeline for when my orders will be fulfilled, their customer service is outstanding too! I had a small problem with my latest order (a miscommunication between what I wanted and what I received) and they asked almost no questions (beyond just determining what I thought I was ordering) and they 100% stood behind me and replaced my order to my specifications, quickly and at no extra charge. I haven't experienced this level of service and quality in quite some time. Merchly has a customer for life!

My main gripe is the shirts were sized small. A large fit like a medium . a medium fit like a small ,etc....,

The customer service rep was very helpful as I made a few changes before the shirt were completed. It was a pleasant experience. Good job guys!

The logo is still too high - so not sure how to handle. What I created with the app online is not what has been delivered. There is a disconnect between what you design and what gets printed. If there are production limitations, the app needs to reflect that. I am not comfortable going with a big order.

Ordering for the first time, I honestly didn't know what to expect. I decided to order the face masks with a company name on it. The product was delivered earlier than the date provided. When it arrived, it was shorted, BUT, as soon as I contacted customer service, they were incredibly apologetic and sent the rest IMMEDIATELY!! The masks are pretty cool and a lot of people have complimented as to how cool they look and how comfortable they are.

Well done, I will definitely be ordering from Merchly again in the future!
