I got my shirts and they were how i quickly designed them..yet....The pixels in any larger batch of tees should not quite look like they are stretched and warped from top to bottom or left to right..the image should adjust accordingly...and didn't do that ..the app is hard to design on my phone and on the website,so that being said it was challenging to see the outcome of the tee shirts...

Product was delivered in a timely fashion. The material was of very good quality. Will definitely re-order!!

The masks I ordered are exactly what I expected. The staff did the best they could to get them to me when I needed them. The package was late, but not through any fault of Merchly. I expect to order from them again at some point.

THEE best place to order your shirts. If you are not doing so, you have got to be out of your mind or severely distracted by sports and very loud truck exhaust systems.

I felt that every part of the process was efficient and customer friendly. Response time to the order and submitted drafts was particularly timely, and turnaround time was reasonable considering all current circumstances.

All that I can say is so far, so good. The products that I ordered were made and delivered in a very reasonable period of time and everything seems to be of good quality. I haven't had time to see how these things wear over time, but they appear to be very well made. I'm very happy with what they've done for me. I love my merchandise from merchally being a small business it's so nice to work with another business you understands the small business lifestyle. I was able to order a small amount with all the colors in my logo which was amazing other companies would not allow that. I would have given five stars however a few of my size medium sweatshirts the logo seemed faded or worn in where the rest of them were all nice and bright. Not sure why that happened but other than that I love them . I will be ordering from here again

Products arrived on time as specified but even more importantly was the courteous and helpful customer service I received. A great guy who answered all questions and kindly sent me jpg. Images do I could visualize what the products would look like.

I've been extremely happy with the service and products I've gotten from Merchly. I've done two runs of shirts, and there's a great selection of colors, it's easy to set up the design, the turnaround time is fast, the customer service is helpful, and the shirts look great. They've been a real hit with the folks who've gotten them. I plan on ordering more! :-)

First you are not able to design two different shirts in the same order, so you have to put notes in the order to indicate what you want. This leads me to my second issue. I did put notes in the case and according to customer service they didn't see my notes. However, I spoke with two persons to indicate what I wanted on a second shirt. That order was printed incorrectly. Then to get it right I had to pay for the replacement order (bad customer service in my opinion, especially for a first time customer). While I am please with the correct orders, this ordeal did put a bad taste in my mouth, especially since I also do business with the parent company. I used Merchly because the company I normally uses was affected by COVID.
