Worst service ever!!!
I was happy with their service till I have collected my car. My front bumper had a big scratch and my dash camera memory card erased. After my complain (email to customer service) I had an answer that they will make an investigation. 2 months later and few other emails to customer service I had no reply what so ever!!! Now it will cost me £200 extra to repair my car. My good advice...AVOID THEM!!!!

We were impressed with Maple Parking!
We were impressed with Maple Parking. Staff are very friendly, kind and polite. They are also organise and will definitely use the parking again in the near future. We felt secure and now we don’t have to worry where to park the car for our future travel in Stansted.

Great service for meet & greet
Great service, we opted for the meet & greet our car was picked up & dropped off on time & at the location in Heathrow as specified. We were given a courtesy call on the morning of our travel & the service was fantastic. I would highly recommend & will be using the service again in the future.

Easy to find and hand over the car
Easy to find and hand over the car. Only downside I would say was collection from the airport on return as it was a bit of a bun fight to get on the minibus. Hadn’t realised would have to put elbows out to catch a ride as only two minibuses working and lots of people wanting a ride. Otherwise all ok.

Excellent service, driver was waiting for us when we arrived at Heathrow, very smooth hand over and on our return called from baggage hall and by the time got to the waiting zone, the driver pulled up with our call about two minutes later, polite helpful staff , will definitely use again and recommend.

Dropped car at Heathrow with family, met by blue coat driver. Collected car after arriving back from holiday was no drama. Called once landed then again when collecting luggage, car was there once arrived at short car park

Absolutely awful service
Absolutely awful service! We phoned as instructed after collecting our luggage and was told the car would be delivered within 20 mins. After waiting for 30 minutes we called and was told our car was stuck in traffic (12.30am). We were lied to a further 3 times on the phone and our car was finally deceivers to us 1 hour later! We (including a 10 year old child) were waiting in the cold instead of in the airport, the driver said he had only picked up the car 11 minutes prior to delivery! A shoddy service and an even worse customer service attitude where I was actually called a liar by the call controller! If you have young kids do not use this service if you don’t want them left hanging around for an hour!!
