Trusty and reliable good service
I've used Merry Parking a few times and, apart from some slight delays bringing the car to the airport, they have been excellent. I will use them again and have recommended them to friends.

Telephoned 20 minutes prior to arrival…
Telephoned 20 minutes prior to arrival as per instructions. The driver arrived and took the car away. Returned to the UK and telephoned whilst in baggage collection, we waited 5 minutes once in the car pack. All ran according to plan as usual. We have used Merry Carparking, in Gatwick, Bristol and Birmingham and would always recommend them. Thanks for a great service.

Stansted Meet and Greet were excellent.

First of all when I did contact Merry parking everything sounds good,I paid for 6 weeks parking.i arrived phone them up they told me to follow the orange parking sign after all the messing around,found where they told me I can only see short stay parking,I asked one of the workers and explain abwt the parking(he was foreign from his accent)he told me you to go long term and go round and you will see the sign,I said to him is this the only place he said you need long stay. When I came back collect my car to go leave I had a shock the people at the parking office told Me I did not pay for parking here,I showed them the email and that was right and she worked out charge was abwt £785.00 and she said we can charge you half of the price,I said to her let talk to Merry parking first I did talk to Merry parking and they said you did park with us and we cannot help you ,I said first of all there were no sign showing long stay parking the workers did not ask any question abwt the registration or my name ,they told me to go round and look for long stay,so after all that I went to long stay and cost me £392.50 .i will not use Merry parking ever also tell everyone I know and them spread the word not use Merry Parking EVER

Please note that Merry Parking is a comparison website where many individual car parks advertise with us. You have booked Ace Meet and Greet one of the pioneer car parks at Gatwick Airport.
You have not booked the parking at the airport. In the booking confirmation it mentioned that you need to contact Ace Meet and Greet on the number mentioned in the booking confirmation, 15 minutes prior to arrival.
I have checked the records and we didn't have a record of the call on 10th Jan from the contact number you have mentioned at the time of booking. If you can let us know the number you have called on 10th Jan and 4th December then we will be able to find out the place you have called.
Please send us an email so we can forward this to Ace Meet and Greet (Maple Parking) to investigate.

Collection unsatisfactory
I have used this service provider before and always found them to be efficient. This time when I went to collect my car I was informed it hadn't been delivered yet as they couldn't find my key. After 20 mins I called the office and they said it had been delivered. I walked around the car park and it had been parked up there the whole time ....20 mins standing in the cold because they didn't look for the paperwork and key properly is not acceptable
