The combi boiler refused to ignite, so Richard visited later the same day. He fixed the spark issue in roughly thirty minutes for £66. Considering the quick and fair service, I have no complaints. I'm very pleased with the help I received.

Just had my central heating boiler & 3 radiators renewed by Mersyside Central Heating Ltd. I made the choice of a Worcester Bosch 8000 to replace a 19 year old Worcester Bosch 35cdi. Steve with the help of Josh completed the works to a very high standard. The main problem was the boiler being located on the 3rd floor loft conversion. I was afraid the replacement would not take place due to a very difficult location. Steve, very experienced heating fitter explained all stages of the installation & completed the works in 2 days. Very pleased & would highly recommend this company from initial enquiry, site survey, price, communication from office staff & future maintenance.

Asked for a site visit and after discussing requirements was promised quotations. As we had no heating a measure of urgency was stressed. Replied within a short time.

What can I say ,we have used this company for over 30 years for my services and new boilers in my 1st home and 2nd home .
From the owners ,office staff, engineers who are nothing but polite ,courteous, professional and reasonable price nd nothing to much trouble, I cannot fault them.

Really good advice about a replacement boiler. They fitted it as per their reasonable quote ( no "extras"). The engineers were polite, explained as they went along and tidied up very thoroughly. They even did a 20 mile round trip to find bricks to match our existing wall to cover the hole from the old flue. Couldn't ask for more.
Oh yes, proper installation with all the necessary Gas Safe certificates and guarantees too.

Just want to say from start to finish using this company has been amazing from Eddie coming out to what was going to be a difficult job to find a way of sorting it. To Mike and Paul (the dreamteam) coming out to do the job. How clean they kept everything going along with the job as there was a lot of work to be done. To now what has been a bit of a nightmare as we now have leaking pipes no faults of MCH old house old pipes under floor Ian has been the biggest help trying to get to the bottom of it even sending help on a Saturday afternoon. Brilliant family business and all members of staff are helpful and willing to go above and beyond. Highly highly recommend MCH 😄

Heating has not been performing and efficent as it should . Called in the office to seek advice. Next day Richard arrived and after his expertise system was working a lot more efficent and warmer in the required rooms.
This was a very good experience and I will certainly renew my Maintenance contract in 2023.

Just wanted to comment on the excellent service provided by Merseyside Central Heating. We discovered a problem with our boiler on a Xmas bank holiday and after making contact via their emergency contact number, l recieved a call back
within an hour and the problem was resolved within 24 hours. I was informed an engineer would be out at 10am the following day and as promised the engineer arrived spot on the stated time. From the peron l spoke to on the telephone to the engineer, the service was spot on.

Excellent service installing a new boiler and radiators with a relatively short timescale. I got 3 quotes and these were the cheapest but I also felt they were the most reliable and trustworthy. It was all done very timely and without any mess being left behind. The 2 men who I have dealt with have been brilliant answering all my little questions and made sure everything was working before leaving.
Would highly recommend.

Came out to quote for new central heating system at the start of November, everything absolutely fine during the visit but they simply didn’t get back to us.
Even after several phone calls and messages politely asking for an update on the quote after weeks had passed- we were repeatedly told someone would get back to us. Nobody ever did- it’s April and we’ve never had the quote. We appreciate everyone’s been busy and things have been chaotic but much better communication is required. If the company is currently too busy to take on work it would be helpful to state this so it doesn’t waste everyone’s time. Waste of our time sadly.

Wow wow wow - after hitting an old gas pipe when renovating a house I was left with no heating by the gas board so phone Merseyside central heating who attended promptly - two great lads Eddie and Steve sorted us out no problem - very knowledgable - we now have a lovely warm safe house and can’t thank them enough x

Richard at Merseyside Central Heating was on time, polite, highly skilled and 100% transparent. He talked me through the diagnostic procedure and he was able to determine the exact issue quickly and provided a replacement part which was great value. My heating was up and running in a jiffy and I could not be happier with Richard or Merseyside Central Heating, thanks!

Just had a new boiler fitted by Merseyside central heating, & I have to say the service is first class, the whole job was dealt with in a very professional manner, the communication from there office was first class, & the administration by post was super efficient, the boiler engineer Mick was fantastic & very thorough & professional about the way he went about his job, he managed to correct a very awkward connection of 22 mm gas pipe work hidden under the kitchen units which I was concerned could end up being a big job in its self, however the engineer solved the problem in good time, he arrived at the house at 8,30 am, & worked right through until 6pm & didn’t even stop for lunch, absolute star ,all this to make sure we had hot running water & heating that night, we upgraded to the Worcester green star boiler, & we are move then pleased with how efficient the boiler is, so if your concerned your choosing someone you can trust, don’t worry choose Merseyside central heating & it will be money well spent 👍

Boiler went off yesterday afternoon called Merseyside Central Heating, dispatched a man straight away, diagnosed a broken fan on my boiler, he ordered the part at 4.45pm collected it this morning & was all fitted & working better & quieter than ever by 10am, amazing service thanks so much.

We are very pleased with our new heating system and would recommend this company.
