I would give zero stars if possible!!!
I placed my order on 12/3/2011. Never received the products nor a refund.On Jan 3 2012 I was told I I wolud receive my refund in 7-10 days. Guess what, NO refund!!! On the 17th I was hung up on. On the 23r I was told the web site was down, so what where is my refund. This company is a fraud!!! DON'T order from them. You will lose!!!

RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE. THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. FIRST OF ALL TRY GETTING THROUGH TO THEM. I STAYED ON HOLD FOR 30 MINUTES AND THEN GOT CUT OFF. I HAVE BEEN CALLING THEM FOR 2 DAYS STRAIGHT AND IT'S THE SAME THING EVERY TIME. BUT, WHEN I DID GET THROUGH THE REP DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM. I WOULD HAVE TO SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR AND WHEN I DID SPEAK WITH THE NEXT PERSON SOME 45 MINUTES LATER, SHE DIDN'T KNOW MUCH EITHER. I'M DONE WITH METROSTYLE AND CHADWICKS BECAUSE THEY'RE WORKING OUT OF THE SAME OFFICE. IF I COULD RATE THEM A ZERO I WOULD HAVE.

They sent me the wrong item. I tried to call and e-mail to get it sent back the NUMBERS are disconected, and I have yet to receive a e-mail back. BAD SERVICE. I'M CALLING MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE
I placed an order almost two months ago. The item I wanted was on backorder until early May. When I went to go check on the status, it said it was cancelled. After spending over ten minutes on the phone with Customer Service, they had no reason as to why it was cancelled, but offered to ship it again with an extra $2 charge attached to it. I was LIVID. I DID NOT cancel the order and their response was we will ship it again, but will charge an extra $2. I said absolutely not. It wasn't my fault it got cancelled, but they wanted to penalize me to ship it out. DO NOT buy from Metrostyle. What a WASTE of my time.

worst experience ever
I place the order since Feb (2/09) and my order was back order since. Yesterday (4/21/09) I got e-mail from them said my order were now available and the expected ship date was 5/26/09 (that another month from now).
My issue is I'm moving out from my current address withing 2 weeks, I sent them e-mail asked to hold my order until I confirm my new address. 2 times I got e-mail back from them said the order had been issued and the items would be ship. WHAT!!!!!!! .. after I had to wait 2 months, now they decided to ship it to me next month when I will be gone, they said they couldn't help me? ..
My worst experience ever.
