With a smile!!

We viewed a property that was for sale with Micheal Poole on December 30th 2025 and made an offer via email on the 30th. Although the office was closed on the 31st the office manager rang me from home. The offer was accepted. Though out the whole process Marian Gilhooly constantly kept in touch with updates. She was supportive, encouraging when things slowed down and incredibly helpful and professional. I don’t think that anything was too much trouble for her , she simply could not do enough for us. We are looking forward to receiving the keys to our new home next week and also looking forward to seeing Marian again.

Alisha was brilliant in keeping me updated throughout the process and was happy to deal with any queries whether by phone or email. An extremely smooth process!

We have been very impressed with Michael Poole Estate Agents. They have been very efficient and helpful for us.
We would definitely recommend them.

The structured client first approach by the team at Michael Poole , Guisborough led by Jack, and Alisha was excellent .
Preparedness, thoughtful and knowledge of the local market was superb, cannot recommend highly enough

Sarah in the Lettings department at the Billingham branch has been extremely helpful and provided valuable information regarding the rental of our property. I highly recommend her services.

The staff are always very helpful, professional, efficient and friendly. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them.

Very professional from the onset. Due diligence done regarding the property. First class service. Kept us informed every step of the way ensuring a smooth process.

I have just sold my house using Michael Poole I dealt with Craig throughout he always picked up my calls when I had questions /queries kept me informed at all times. Overall great experience would recommend.

Michael Poole have been excellent throughout my house purchase. Jack has kept me updated along the way. It was lovely to receive a welcome pack when I collected my keys of tea, washing kit etc which are staples of when you set a house up. Thoroughly reccomend.

I had the pleasure of having Tom McCaffrey and Ruby Townsend help me throughout the sale of my property. Their communication was excellent, making sure I was receiving updates with every step of the process, and they found me a buyer for the exact price I wanted very quickly. As I was unable to travel to the property due to busy schedule and personal reasons, the Michael Poole Team took care of everything on my behalf, making sure I received pictures I needed for the documentation process, doing the viewings, and providing the keys to the new landlord and going above and beyond anything I needed guidance or support on. My experience with the Michael Poole team has been excellent and I can only thank them for everything, highly recommend them.

Barely did a thing, great service, job done asap, not a single issue. Just had to pack up and move. Highly recommend

Very helpful staff, efficient handling of property sale & they kept me informed on progress on all steps.

We couldn’t thank Oliver Anderson at the Ingleby Barwick branch enough he made the transition from enquiry about the property to moving in to the property so simple. We would definitely recommend Michael Poole these guys are excellent 👍
