We were allowed plenty of time to investigate the waterproof jackets. Matt was extremely helpful when I asked him questions about "jackets with zips from the bottom and the top!", "what 3000 in waterproof terms meant" and several others. Extremely good service!

Great service from Newquay Millets…
We have been visiting Newquay Millets regularly over the last few weeks to finalise a purchase of walking boots.
All staff have been professional, courteous & informative.
Today we made our purchase, assisted by the very knowledgeable Rob.
Such a great service from our local High Street. Far better than purchasing on line.

Store has great prices with great customer support.

Choosing waterproof walking shoes
Rob was very helpful when we were choosing waterproof walking shoes. He went out of his way to give good advice and was very polite and patient. We both bought the right shoes for us and were very satisfied with our purchase.

Great shoes and outdoor equipment for a good price
Nick was very helpful when I was on the search for walking shoes. Nick was patient, knowledgeable and attentive to my shoe needs.
They have a lot of variety in this shop, not just shoes but clothes and basic outdoor equipment.
