Low quality
This company seems to deliver only when it is convenient for them rather than for their customers. In addition, some of the hardware parts were missing, and the drawers quality is unacceptable for the price. Overall, this has been a very disappointing purchase, and I will never buy from them again.

We would just like to clarify that, when the delivery slot was discussed, we understood from our correspondence that the rearranged date was suitable for you and had been arranged for a date you requested. Your reply at the time suggested that you were happy to proceed, and the delivery then went ahead as planned.
In terms of the missing hardware, this is certainly not the experience we want for our customers. In the rare event that parts are missing, we are always very happy to send replacements out as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we have not made aware of this issue directly, so we were not given the opportunity to put this right for you.
The same applies to your comments regarding the drawer quality. We are very sorry to hear that you were unhappy with them. If you contact us directly, we would be more than happy to look into this further and see what can be done to help.

Superb - highly recommend
I recently bought a cabin bed for my 6-year-old daughter from Millie and Jones, and the whole experience was absolutely superb.
From the very start, the website was easy to use and offered an amazing range of choices, making it simple to find exactly what we were looking for. The ordering process was smooth and straightforward, with no hassle at all.
What really stood out was the customer service. Shortly after placing the order, I was contacted by their team to thank me and to confirm and clarify the delivery details, which felt very personal and reassuring.
The delivery itself was perfectly arranged and went smoothly without any issues. And the bed—just beautiful. It’s clearly very well made, sturdy, and thoughtfully designed. My daughter absolutely loves it, and it fits perfectly in her room.
Overall, a brilliant experience from start to finish. I couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend Millie and Jones to anyone looking for high-quality children’s furniture.

Excellent bed and true to description
Excellent description on website. Easy ordering process. Delivery on date to suit customer.
The bed looks really good. Instructions for building were clear though pictorial.
Construction was straightforward. I managed it on my own (I'm 74) though it would be easier with 2 people.
The bed and trundle are of good quality and feel very solid. It looks really good and is certainly good value for money
I can't wait for someone to try it out!!

The customer service was great
The customer service was great. The original bed i ordered was out of stock which I was informed of quite soon and advised of similar beds. I specifically wanted one that could be assembled. The bed was delivered soon and built in thr bedroom. The bed is great. My daughter absolutely loves it. It's very sturdy and well built and has loads of storage, even a little clothes rail. I can highly recommend both the company and the bed. I would definitely use them again.

absolutely perfect bunk bed
That was my 2nd order, absolutely perfect bunk bed regardless of minor delays, customer service is amazing, needed 2 extra parts due to receiving parts with minor defects, which I received immediately by post, amazing team! Highly recommended to all my family and friends.

I placed my original order on the 16/02. I was informed (after chasing myself) 3.5weeks that my item was in stock and I would have to change my item. I changed the item and was informed that the complete order would be delivered 13/03. On the 12/03 8:37 they informed me that the bed and mattress will be delivered separately but still on the 13th. At 16:05 they e mailed again to say that the mattress is no longer being delivered on the 13th.
My son and I are incredibly disappointed and dissatisfied with the service from Millie and Jones.

We completely understand how important it is to have everything arrive as expected, especially when it’s for your child, and on this occasion, we didn’t meet the standard we set for ourselves.
To be completely transparent, we were experiencing a short period of significant disruption with one of our suppliers, which unfortunately impacted your order and led to delays and last-minute changes. While this is not typical of our service, we fully accept that it caused inconvenience and confusion, and for that we sincerely apologise.
We’re really pleased that the bed and mattress themselves met expectations in terms of quality. We put a great deal of care into sourcing products we’re proud of, and we’re glad this came through once everything was delivered.
We also want to reassure anyone reading this that this was a rare occurrence. The issue with the supplier has now been fully resolved, and our delivery times and communication are back to the level our customers expect from us as a small, family-run business.

Little folks detachable bunk beds
Customer service a joy to deal with , I bought little folks beech bunk beds and a trundle mattress . Very happy with quality of the furniture and mattress . The bunk beds are well made and sturdy and have a great finish .

Absolutely shocking customer service
Absolutely shocking customer service, delivered wrong size bed then left my autistic son with a single bed that he could not sleep on as it had the wrong size mattress for over 3 weeks until they delivered the correct bed.even after the bed was deliver it was missing parts. Was told they had no updated their webpage so the description was wrong. No compensation for their mess. Avoid at all costs

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, we're truly sorry for the difficulties you faced back in October 2025, and we remember your case well as it was one we worked hard to resolve.
Unfortunately, there was an error where the wrong size bed (small double instead of single) was delivered and assembled by our team, which caused real disruption, especially with your son needing a comfortable, suitable setup. We understand how upsetting that must have been, particularly for an autistic child, and we're genuinely sorry.
To make things right, we arranged for a full replacement of the correct size bed, including professional assembly at our complete expense.
The original bed had to be fully disassembled and written off, which came at a substantial cost to us. Regarding the missing parts mentioned, this related to the wireless charger, it was listed incorrectly on the product page at the time (as this was a newer item for us), but we immediately sent one out to you free of charge once raised.
While we didn't provide additional compensation beyond that, we did also honour the original (lower) price you paid which was around £300 less than the correct pricing due to the website error that occurred at the time of your purchase and we absorbed that difference without question to help ease the situation.
As a small family-run business, we pour everything into supporting families like yours, and going above and beyond on resolutions like this (including the full replacement and extras at our cost) is something we do because we care.
It was disappointing to see this review surface now, after several months, with the strong "avoid at all costs" wording, especially given how much effort and expense went into turning things around for you.
We hope your son is now settled and happy in his new bed, and we're always here if there's anything more we can do. Feedback like yours helps us improve, even when it's tough to read.

Such amazing customer service. I got confused re delivery date and were really helpful. Also issue putting bed together and they answered call and replied promptly to email. Would definitely use again when needed. Price was also competitive.

Fantastic quality bed, really happy.
Special thanks to Josie, she was brilliant, so attentive and organised to get the bed to us earlier than we thought after a house move, tracked it from early hours just to keep me informed. Very impressed with this company. Delivery was quick and super easy, and the driver even told me which box to open first! The product itself is incredible, my 6 year old absolutely loves his new bunk bed. Will definitely use you again!
