Friendly and efficient. The times given for completion of the service were correct. Paperwork all completed and explained on collection.

Mitchell’s were so helpful with regards to servicing our car ,collecting and returning and there concerns over my husbands I’ll health, great to know there is help when it was needed most.

When I bought my car I couldn't have been happier, but unfortunately after only three months it went wrong. So I took it back to the garage from where I picked it up and again couldn't have been happier, I was given a loan car and was told that they will fix it straight away, but that is where it all went wrong as about 4 months later I was finally told it was ready I understand things go wrong with cars but 4 months is really not an acceptable time to fix a car. I was told that I will have an extension to my warranty but have not had anything in writing, I will just say again that everyone couldn't not have been more helpful, but I'm sure spare parts should be more readily available for a car that is only a few years old.

I ordered the Scenic Etech with Jonnie and he kept me informed with regular calls and delivered the vehicle on the date that I wanted, his customer service is beyond excellent!!

A fabulous Renault dealership with great staff. On this occasion the car was in for a service and very happy with that and cleaned my car so brilliant service.

Not enough attention to car preparation and lack of feed back on the extra equipment I had them fit. This is not to say their service is poor. Replacement of my broken mirror following a bird strike on the A16 in France was carried out efficiently and quickly.
