I also wasn't not happy with the attitude of customer service at lowestoft Renault garage

Mitchells is a small, local dealer who always remembers that great service is the key to happy customers. Have just bought our second Arkana from Mark, whose communication and service has been exemplary, on both occasions. He is friendly, but not pushy in any way, thoroughly knowledgeable and nothing is ever too much trouble.
It is clear that Mitchells values every customer, even if you are only contacting them with a query.
Many other businesses would do well to emulate Mitchells. We are very happy to recommend them.

I arranged the service over the phone which was promptly answered by a friendly person who booked it on my preferred date for a while you wait service. On the day the team quickly serviced the car. Everyone in the dealer is always friendly and helpful. Like most things, the prices have gone up a fair amount since last year but that's the way of things and the overheads need to be covered. See you next year.
