Fantastic When Issue Occurred
Ordered 2 different coloured personalised footballs as a gift, they cancelled one upon delivery due to stock issue, so just sent one. I contacted then via chat/email as any colour would have sufficed but I needed 2. They replied straight away, apologised, said to order another and refunded the 2nd items postage costs.
Fabulous products now quickly received and brilliant, friendly service too!

The products and pricing were great. The packaging could have been better. The box was way to big for my order so everything shifted around. Otherwise I am happy with the order although I haven't used the products yet. So far, so good.
