Service is abysmal
Not a review on any clothing but the shambles that is they direct service.
Bought loads of stuff before from END & Flannels and items have been great
Firstly they sent wrong item, fine, but then told me I’d have to pay to send it back so that they can resend the correct item … ?????
Next, after about a month of fannying about, they sent Tracking details, supposedly sent 48 hr tracked with Royal Mail.
No updates in 2.5 weeks, then when I raised with support they said they’ve deemed the item Lost because no further tracking info was available.
Told me I’d get refund within 10 days and guess what nothing to be seen.

Don’t order of these guys , order next d at delivery and paid , 2 days later order not arrived . Apparently Royal Mail came to deliver but was home all day , told Royal Mail and they said you can pick it up from depot , went to depot and said you can’t pick it up today . Ridiculous

The site offered a 10% discount if the app was downloaded and order placed. Downloaded the app and it did not give the promo code so was unable to progress. This resulted in purchasing off the website rather than the app and was going to purchase matching tee shirt but did not progress. Customer digital experience is not where it should be and needs to be improved in the above area

Very poor! I am going away and paid for next day delivery yesterday yet this was not met when I ordered at 9:50am. The website outlines a 2pm cut off. Really lacklustre service

Recently bought the Uniform Zip Hoodie and the Wide Leg Joggers in black. Very warm and comfortable, also very good quality.
My only issue is the zip, it feels very stiff and clunky when zipping and unzipping.
Please improve this in future, I really like your brand and don't want to see it held back by somewhat minor but also very annoying issues.
